last two episodes were HEAVY, i hated the way they just cramped up everything last minute, cuz they were actually good topics. if you want to talk about trauma, then talk about trauma, don't just brush over it like "oh your mama is dying? boo hoo here's 15 minutes for you to get over it cuz we're not going back to it"
there's a line between camp and just bad, and this drama crosses that line constantly. on one side, i like that it doens't take itself too seriously, it's a fun production and super gay, but i don't think the entire cast got the same memo, cuz some of them just look like they're being forced to be there. the energy is also lacking, like yeah, the kidnapping scene is stupid, so go full stupid with it, we know we're not going for an oscar here, so let's aim for the razzie
it was an interesting watch, despite the several plot holes. you kinda have to keep watching just to understand what's going on. it's explicit, yeah, but some of you need to go outside and see some dicks for yourselves if you're so shocked about them
several parts of the plot were sacrified to keep the sex scenes, yes, but you cannot say it wasn't entertaining lmao. also apparently they got a bdsm professional fo the oppening scene so that's cool
the more i think about it, the development of sungkyu is great because even though he excludes himself from the things his family does, at the end it shows how that kind of odd and unhealthy family dynamic has affected him, and even kinda admits to it.
it's a good short, but i'd like it more like a set up for either a full lenght, or like a mini series, it leaves several unanswered questions specially about sungwoo's motivations and his life before becoming sunwoo, witch are obviously things the director wanted to hint at in more than one occasion
