I read the novel and watched the drama, what I can tell you is that the first frost drama follows the actual timeline written in the novel, hence Sang Zhi and Jiaxu you are seeing in this drama are the original ones. In hidden love drama they adjusted the age gap between Sang Zhi and Jiaxu to 5 years instead of 7 years.
