The FL is just so pleasant to look it. I love when they zoom in. She looks like a painting. I became a fan of her during A Journey to Love. I'm on ep 5. I have hopes for this drama. It's really good so far and if I finish ..it'll be the first xianxia of this year that I finished. I very burnt out for God/demon/devil and glistening light xianxia so this one is very refreshing.

I think some of y'all forget these are college kids. 18-21 and a 26 year old. The 26 year old is the only one I'd expect maturity and rationality from. But the rest...the cringe, awkwardness, immaturity , fickleness and emotions are all very normal. Just enjoy the drama.

Only on ep 3 and I can tell it'll be a more generic c drama. Something we've seen before.. but I welcome it. I havent watched a historical drama in two months. I've skipped all the xianxia cause I'm sick of them and Si Jin I don't like the ML actor. His face and acting is a turn off. And I'm tired of short dramas. So this show is a welcome change from the lack of historical dramas.. to me

Not sure I can finish this. I love Sun Li and I like her character but I can't stand the ML. His black and white outtake is annoying and I know he's young but he's made enough mistakes and had enough lectures to be at least learn to change his ways. Im on ep 13 so I know I have a long way to go but I'm exhausted. Also don't like that the FL is taking on another build a man. I love the business aspect... I'm a sucked for a business drama but the ML and the ex husband and the gf are getting on my nerves.

Thanks. Don't need any recommendations. I keep up with all c dramas and I've seen most that have been released from 2016 to now. The last xianxia I truly enjoyed were a Legend of Shen Li and The Last Immortal. TTEOTM was very meh to me and I fast forward last few episodes. Only watched cause I love Bai Lu. FF I dropped...not my cup of tea. Love in Pavilion I'm looking forward to but only cause of the FL. I'm still going to try cause I've barely watches any historical dramas this year. I've either dropped them cause of storyline or the ML. There's a lot of new ML that are considered attractive that hurt my eyes. Won't mention cause they have large fanbases and don't feel like being jumped.

All these Xianxia's coming out. I'm so burnt out from the repetitive story telling but I still watch almost each one hoping for something different. With this story being withheld I don't have much hope for this story. But still going to try once it's done airing.

I'm feeling the same way. The modeling and fashion industry is strict. He would've barely even got pass the auditions with his lateness. And he won't change. He keeps blaming it on everything else.

Cute show. Very cliche. But leads of amazing chemistry. Turn your brain off and enjoy. Good for if your in between shows or need a break from heavier shows.

Sorry that I keep commenting but this story has been a highlight for me. It's the first historical drama I finished this year. I dropped the rest. This story was absolutely perfect😭😭

For me..this was better than the Double. I lost steam the last 10 eps of that show and I thought it got a little too convoluted. But The Glory was perfect. The ML always stayed as a side character to FL Revenge. I also liked how the men were dealt with harshly cause most of there consequences were because of the actions. And how even if Han Yan was a mortal enemy with a woman, she eventually reasoned with them cause she knew they were doing things out of their circumstances. Truly a wonderful show about the things women went through back then and rewards and consequences. I want more revenge dramas like this.

I'm on ep 24 but as soon as I finish I'll give it a 10. Also a lot of drama watchers tend be Kdramas lovers and therefore dramas like this suffer. They usually want in your face romance and fluffier dramas.

Oh. Wow. It's almost like there's multiple elements to this show. Who would have thought? Im allowed to leave my opinion just like you left this weird comment. Romance is a big part of this among other themes. Get over it.

I'm a romance freak. Like I love the CEO poor girl/rich man stereotype no matter how many times it's done. But I can also appreciate a well thought out and slow burn romance like this. I can see why they say that but people mistake romance with intimacy. They may not be intimate as much can't say for sure cause I'm only on ep 16 but it's definitely romantic, The small gestures, looks, flirting and sacrifices are romance to me

This needs to be upgraded to romance. Not slight romance. There may not be 10 min long touching scenes and what not but there is flirting and chemistry in every episode. The ML sacrifices himself for her every episode. I'm only on ep 15 but we hit a major romantic plot point.

I'm only on ep 2 but the acting in this drama is top notch. Some of the best I've seen. Especially Third Lady's mother. Her acting has my mouth open. She's so good!

Don't have the patience to wait that long. It looks bad and cartoonish. I shouldn't have to sit and wait for someone's hairstyle to be fixed. Glad you enjoyed but I want be changing my mind on this one.

I can't deal with the ML hair. I'm so sorry. I love him but this hair it ridiculous 😂

A nice drama. I love mystery/crime dramas. I'm new to the female lead and she's amazing. The ML is on my nerves. I don't like his character at all. I'm staying for the FL and cases and hoping the ML can grow on me.

I sorta finished it. I got to ep 10 but the dynamic between ML and FL was just not enough for me to push through 38 episodes. The show is beautifully shot but not a fan of the main characters. Such a pity cause we only get 1 or 2 military dramas a year. I watched the last episode after seeing multiple discussions and I agree it is a sad ending. Which makes me happier that I didn't power through to the show. Cause if I would've watched all the episodes and got that final ending..I would've be so upset.

I finished. I give it a 9. The ending to me was a little lackluster and it dragged quite a bit in last 10 eps. I saw someone say BL and AP characters felt more like friends and I agree. I couldn't get into their romance which is such a same because they are fantastic actors and BL is my favorite actress. I would love to see these two in a modern drama. I think they'd have more chemistry in that. But minus few complaints I'm happy to see BL and Ao Peng is slowly growing on me. I enjoy almost every drama he is in.
