The first batch of HIStory all had 4 episodes only. There were little character development, however, the story is pretty solid. HIStory 2, Crossing the Line and Right or Wrong are doubled than the first one when it comes to the number of episodes. Both series show another layer of the characters. The upcoming movie for Crossing the Line speaks volume, the characters and the story, is pretty solid; hoping that the movie will give a definitely "closure" to Yu Hao and Zi Xuan's relationship.
For this specific HIStory, it will go to 20 episodes. It will be nice to see a complex layers of characters, twists and turns in the plot and of course, a happy ending.

The mere fact that this season is just half than the previous one, expect the pacing to be faster as compared to the first one.
However, I've watched the raw, unsub Episode 2, it remains relatively "stagnant" and no mind-blowing, earth shattering scenes except what are shown in the trailer.

In my earlier post, I have 3 theories namely: 1 - The baby at the beginning is Thun 2 - Thun and Mes are somehow related 3 - Type of poison used to kill Mes
The details of my theories can be found below in the "Reveal Spoilers".
In Episode 2, someone called Thun and is talking to the woman on the right part of the picture in the link above. Since I can not understand Thai(the name that appeared in Thun's phone), I am assuming that is Thun is talking to his mother since the way she "reminds" /"nagging" Thun for drinking.
In Episode 3, part 2, a woman was talking to Mes about the "economic bubble breaking during the economic boom" which wears the same (?) bracelet.
Where am I going at?
2 possibilities 1: Thun's mother used to date Mes or a least a friend, simply put, they know each other. 2: An outrageous idea I have, Mes got Thun's mother pregnant and the baby is Thun as the baby in Episode 1. The woman's family is not approve of their relationship decided to poison Mes.
But I am leaning more on the first possibility since I haven't watch a Thai series that got pregnant during her uni years.
The scenes of the woman sporting the bracelet won't be put there "just for fun". It holds the clue that will make Mes remember his past.

MY THEORIES (given what is shown in Ep 1 & 2):
================== Theory #1 - The baby at the beginning is Thun ================== 1997 was the year then Mes died at the age of 22. The belt he was wearing, where from I came from is pretty popular that time as well, the braided brown leather belt and don't forget the portable cassette player. So the production team went as far as to cover those details. If the baby is Mes, assuming that the baby is celebrating the first birthday, that year should have been 1975 which the hair style and outfits do not match the scene. And nobody can remember his 1st birthday for it to be a memory.
2018 - the year when Thun takes Mes for a joyride. If Thun is the baby, then he would be around 21 years old that year.
What kind connection the birthday is to the story, I still can not guess the extent of it.
================== Theory #2 - Thun and Mes are somehow related ================== It was Thun's father who prohibited him to talk to spirits, telling him not to talk to "strangers". Upon the death of the father, Thun's father smiles at Mes as if his at peace that his son is being looking after not by a "stranger".
The grave of Thun's grandma is also the same cementery where Mes is, indicating that both of them are near it.
Both Mes and Thun attended/attending the same school, university I assume.
================== Theory #3 - Type of poison used to kill Mes ================== It is already said that Mes did not die from heart attack and the most prevailing theory is poison.
Knowing Mes' affinity with chocolate, the most clandestine poison will have a sweet taste to it, specifically, lead poisoning or anti-freeze. Anti-freeze is liquid in its most basic form, it would be easier for the person to introduce a lead-based paint (dried and chipped). One of the symptoms of lead poisoning in adults is high blood pressure that could cause what appears to be a heart attack.
I have this naggin feeling that Oat will decide to become a monk, hence, the water pouring over a bald head.
However, I am hopeful that it will have a twist at the end. Yes, Oat will become a monk but eventually leave the temple, dig up the time capsule and be happy together with Pop in the end.
If from the start, the series hold true to the novel, there should be no more Mo as she was with another man and never got back together. So that's where my hope is coming from.
Is Boy Sompob the official singer of OST's for BL-themed production? Like for this season of WTD and the first one, LBC, Love Sick 2 and WaterBoyy the movie. Well, can't blame the production companies, he has the voice and give meaning to the songs.

I can think of 2 reasons: 1. They were deliberately cut to fit the time slot and number of episodes for SS1. And made the season all messed up. If so, why not a single scene
