I never connected with the Podd-Gawin pairing but fell in love with Gawin when he played the guitar in DBK, which I remembered when he did the same in Ep 2. Also, I never thought of Gawin making cutesy scenes.

I wouldn't be too critical about the editing/FX as this is not a science fiction series as I want to enjoy the story. The fight scene, I just fast forward to it as it adds little value. But I when the Mark-Nakan fight is about to happen, which is inevitable, I might do the same thing as what matters is the outcome.
