They cut out so much sweet scene with XF and put this annoying sese again in the scene. Everyone saying after these recent episodes he just a player douche greedy wants everything the power, want the one he loves XF and also the one loves him sese. Apparently this scene is when he finally let go of sese after she tries to kill XF - erm.. I am not sure how accurate this is but to be honest if it is then its really stupid lol - Sese tries to kill XF and he still crying over letting go of sese - rather angry and kill her instead? Him begging to see Sese and him talking to general saying he cant protect the person he loves XF and the person loves him which is sese wtf? is he acting or for real, everyone saying that he feels like he owes her for using her and she is his person so he needs to protect her? wtf how does that even make sense when he knew she did all those framing and scheming? erm they completely change his character with sese? and he got sick because of not seeing sese?! wtf in the novel he is disgusted with her later on revealed and kills her and her family from the way this is going doesnt look like the drama going that path ~ erm I dont know anymore...

yes in front of XF, he linked the emperor assassin thing to GJ so he had a reason to kill him or something ~ I cant remember the full details it was when sese set the cold palace on fire to kill XF things chaos then there was an arrow going towards Adu but GJ blocked it cause he doesnt want XF sad if Adu dies ~I cant remember how LCY killed GJ or indirect killed him I just remember her saying he can kill his own cousin that did most of his dirty work killed sese that fake affection for 3 years so if she ever threaten his throne in the future he probably kills her too he said no when she asked him this question but she doesnt believe him ~he killed GJ because he thought GJ was GU XIao Wu the one she being missing LOL so out of jealousy which made XF feels even more horrible that's when she knows she had to leave

we think too logically straight to the point then there is no drama at all Haha ~ to be honest there so many other ways to do things like you suggested ~ but our drama has to go complicated long way to keep the audience going.

basically LCY setup an assassin to the emperor at the festival and XF change herself with the emperor to be taken away, the person did the assassin was his cousin the 2nd Male lead, then the 2nd male lead took XF on the side and showed her what exactly LCY doing at the moment while she was kidnapped which he is with sese enjoying the festival 2nd Male lead doesnt want XF to be heart broken again hence he showed her that of course he didnt tell her that the whole assassin thing was planned by LCY later she found out from Ada, but after seeing him and sese that's where she got stimulated and got her memories back and fainted, because the novel was in her POV we dont really know exactly what the purpose of him showing up with sese there maybe to show he doesnt care her life and death? sese i think his using to get rid of her whole family revenege again because her family was part of killing his mother, sese comes back later and framed XF once again and LCY kicked XF to the cold palace and then sese planned a fire to the cold palace to kill XF ~ it was all LCY plan along to use XF as bait for sese so he can have an excuse to kill sese and her family ~ that part of the book was quite cruel to be honest him using XF life as bait I'm not sure if they would change it in the drama I really hope they do cause its too much ~because after knowing all that he has done that's when she decided his too much can fake in love with sese then kills her whole family and her and also using herself as bait so she chose to run away then suicide twice
