7 eps in and I still don't get the hype around this series. I am only watching this for Kwon Yul , coz it's the first time he is playing a positive role. Maybe it will get better gradually.
Edit - dropped it. Watching 'royal gambler's now and watching Haechi after it will make more sense .

The last episode was amazing to sum it all up ! It was dramatic to give a satisfactory ending. Jang Taechun is probably one of the best characters created in the kdrama land. It's good, you will end up switching sides and support various characters through out the storyline . I liked the fact that there was no unnecessary romance or filler plots like spouse cheating, or traumatising pasts , etc. When it comes to the acting, no complaints at all. Give this drama a try !

I remember watching it couple of years back and I enjoyed it ! This is one of the very few c dramas that I did not drop mid way . It's cute, funny, fluffy and not too intense! I don't enjoy dark stuff when it comes to c dramas. Only works for me in kdramas

Have you watched Haechi ? His character was great there.

I am liking it ! The uncle-nephew moments are great so far ! It's a battle between characters involved in corruption, but the more humane one punishing the evil one ! I like that it's somewhat realistic so far, when it comes to the main characters because they prioritise their family even if they are in the wrong. That is reality. It's not always black and white .
And I think people who don't have any idea about stocks, funds , business will also like it.

The fact that both Shin Jaeha & Pyo Yejin are here and received excellence awards for taxi driver s2 , I am gonna watch that now !!! He always gets interesting characters

OMG ok I loved him in "my ride" and now he is under gmmtv, I'll get to see more !!! His new look looks stunning and I love his dimples

It's a nice simple fun watch . I'll give it 8.5 . Raised it from 8 just for that Yoon Shi Yoon cameo !!! 💙 Great for a light hearted watch. Chansung was great at being hilarious!

He is in that sort of role in THE LIES WITHIN, incase you wanna watch if you haven't already.

I have watched it long back , and remember it being good despite people criticizing FL's acting . The story was quite thrilling from what I remember .

The actor playing MiRi is just so beautiful ! And Youn Junghoon is a great actor, he has a 180 degrees shift from 2 days , 1 night personality

I have just started it , and it's hilarious. It's been a hot minute since I actually laughed watching a c drama as many times the humour is kinda cringe but the ML is just so funny . Loving this !

I honestly find it sad that people are saying it's karma coz they removed BL and added bromance. The show was nice as a bromance too. And we never know, the actors might not have been the same had it been a BL . They did their job regardless and the show was nice. So they need to get paid . Karma, not karma....that shouldn't be even discussed.

Yes, he was loyal. But I felt that he forgot mid way that he was the king. I mean his character was never shown much of that side. Idk why, I felt like it would have been better if he was king's brother or crown prince instead of being the head of the country. And yeah, maybe because I am not deep in to romance genre, I do like a bit of romance , not too much 😅 or maybe because I watched it right after "our blooming youth", I was a bit disappointed.
But yes, people who enjoy deep romance will like it

I liked the start, but after 3-4 eps, I kinda skimmed through it. ML 's acting/ character's actions were irritating considering he was THE KING . I finished it fast forwarding it , bcoz the romance was also not romancing for me .....it was more like an obsession.

Can you tell me if Yoon shi yoon's character dies ? If yes, I am gonna skip this. He is one of my fav actors.

I liked it , a unique plot for sure. Nothing extraordinary, but a pretty good watch. Side characters are good too. I just feel like the last episode had unnecessary content and they left out the stuff that should have been explained. So, it felt kinda unfinished. A Happy ending though for anyone wondering!!!
