I wonder how can people go to such extent of mass spamming everywhere just becuz they didn't like that one part of the plot where the 2nd lead didn't end up with the main lead which never even happens in any kdrama and is always obvious tat the main leads always end up together even before the drama starts n is being in talks

U mean a popular reviewer? Well I have never heard of tat so called popular reviewer of urs and fyi the biggest Start Up company of Phillipines if I'm not mistaken recommended tis drama to the youth saying tat it's very motivational for the upcoming generations.
