Im correcting your words, because in Go Ahead, they make her have feeling to Hae-Jun before change her heart to San-Ha. So she didnt like San-Ha from the start.

yes, the Korean made the family relationship more distant, so it will have space for romance later. And like you said, they also made it obvious that San-Ha liked Ju-Won since highschool, it'll make the audience didnt feel weird later.

Ju-Won realized they never been a real sibling (flashback played when San-Ha told that to Ju-Won, and how much San-Ha cared to So-Hui). She kinda shocked and insecure to So-Hui, the real sister of San-Ha.

Not from the start tho, she liked Hae-Jun at first, but then an advise from San-Ha made her fall to him.

i dont think its plot hole. Yes the writer made the antagonist more mysterious by reveal none of his background.

Detective's son is the very first victim, it code as 0 (zero). The psycho have all infos and background of his 1st vitcim, include the detective and his relationship with his son. And the psycho made scenario as detective's son still alive and also frame it as detective's son did the killings. The psycho steal his identitiy and live as Jun-Yeong.

The detective tought that his son is the serial killer, that is why he chased him mistakenly as his own son. The first chasing scene told us about it, the detective thought the psycho is his missing son. Up to this point, the detective never see the face of the psycho, but the psycho know much about the detective.

In the end, knowing that the psycho have killed his son, the detective conflicted to kill the psycho or not, he hesitant to pull the trigger.

the writer just made him a psychopath. He also boasting about how he can find and tracked all information about Na-Mi in just 3 days, he just enjoying it.

in og they made sibling bonding too strong, we saw them as true family. Here, the Korean make it more distant (both fathers too feels like close neighboor than a family).

She are attached to her brother, she knew him much (she is worry if he can't eat well, etc). Them 3 are separated from social circle, they only have eachother. You saw their neighboor always pity them or badmouthing them. Except for Hae-Jun, you don't see Ju-Won or San-Ha hang around with friends (but sure there is Park Dal).

Tbh, the og tell a better story of their relationship and their background, so we can understand why she is clingy to her brothers, and why her brothers protective to her.

And in og, it's Park Dal that enter the live of Ju-Won and her brothers.

Nah, when they clearly adapted the story from somewhere else, there always comparation. Both have its own interisting point, but there will always comparation.

Even if they adapted from different medium (books, novel, comic, webtoon), there will always be comparation.

Let us compare it with open mind, and discuss it like civilized human being.

Clearly Ju-Won look San-Ha as her brother, but San-Ha didn't see Ju-Won as his sister. Now that Ju-Won feel that San-Ha never sees her as sister, the showmaker have clean slate to make their romance develop.

Its unnecessary to adopt that same plot from the og, the Korean did better here.

I can feel Ok-Gyeong and Hye-Rang romance fill the air, but not with Jeong-Nyeon and Joo-Ran. If Jeong-Nyeon have romantical feeling to Joo-Ran, i think its about to start.

When Jeong-Nyeon see them both in practice, it feel like her being insecure because her closest friend being very close with her fiercest rival.

When Jeong-Nyeon sees them both at stage performance, its like mixed feeling of her. Her competitive side wrongly chose minor role, she is restricted not to attract attention while Yeong-Seo's performance mesmerized everyone, and Yeong-Seo built amazing chemistry with Joo-Ran on stage. Off stage, Jeong-Nyeon see them became closer.

I can see romance between Yeong-Seo and Joo-Ran were about to begin when they stare each other deeply in practice. But i hardly see romantical feeling from Jeong-Nyeon to Joo-Ran.

Yeah, i mentioned it too in another comment. Its good at the start, but why the story is falling and become awful in the end? So many potentials goes waste. Its a mystery how they go this way.

As for Jo-Yeon, they have closure about him.

We all knew, (real) Hye-Ri's final fate isnt focus of the story, but the way the showmaker made it a big burden for Eun-Ho but then end it like nothing make us dissatisfied with the closure.
