(real) Hae-Ri's world is her older sister.
Joo-Yeon find light in his life after being close to (alter) Hae-Ri.
Hyeon-Oh used to take care of someone elses.

This is love story of broken people. Eun-Ho, Hyeon-Oh, and Joo-Yeon are all broken with abandoned issue. Do not expect Eun-Ho act in common sense, she is broken.

I dont think its romantizing or dramatizing something unhealthy, the showmaker telling a story of uncommon people.
