Viewers dont dislike Hyeon-Oh from the start. They don't really pay attention to his story and avoid understand him.
They just channeling their frustatation to Hyeon-Oh.

He is complicated too. But why only blame Hyeon-Oh when Eun-Ho equally responsible for her decision?

its hard to describe Hyeon-Oh feeling to Eun-Ho. Eun-Ho is clearly love him, but not Hyeon-Oh. I dont think his care to her is an act of love.

Before they become a couple, he cried in front of Eun-Ho, he didnt care about Eun-Ho (female) presence. Their relationship then getting closer, they get used to eachother.

So many flashback showing him, and how their romantical develop. From all that i didnt see his love sparks. He cared, sure, but love isnt the word for it.

He is complicated too.
