Amnesia is probably the #1 overly used plot device in dramas. What makes the temp amnesia less frustrating is…
For me, I think they could have done without the amnesia element and played the twins' background up since it was high time.
Hee Joo had every motive to ruin her twin. Han na got adopted and lived a nice life in Europe while she stayed in the orphanage. I'm a bit dubious of 'Han na's' actions, I also thought the way she delivered her lines were masked. Like how she was telling her uncle to remember the name Hee Joo and feel sorry towards her. Or it could be just me.
In any case, I hope Sec Kim remains a good guy because if he had another motive becoming Joong Won's secretary, it'll be sad. I like this ahjusshi's character a lot. :(

What makes the temp amnesia less frustrating is that you have other things to worry about in the scheme of things. Will he remember her by the end of the next episode? They might reserve that for Ep 15.
SPOILEROO!
And I think Hee Joo was the twin who survived and Han na was on that passenger seat.
For the friend request, jeongmal kamsahamnida! *bow!* I already consider you as my senpai, just looking at your Completed list not to mention the Thai dramas you've already seen plus a Filipino drama made it to your list! By golly, you really are an Asian drama addict! Q__Q OTL
Have watched 6 out of 10 and half of those I've seen were all Yoon Eun Hye kisses! :D I'm glad you mentioned Goong; it brings back all the feels I had for Joo Ji Hoon as Prince Lee Shin. Coincidentally he was also mentioned in the jerk article, and 'In the Know with Purplenette' in the new medical drama coming out. My head is filled with him now! lol It's almost as if you guys were telling me to watch it. :D
I hope somebody compiles Japanese good kisses (these dramas would be rare) and Chinese/Taiwanese ones where they have 'men-literally-devour-the-women' kisses too!
Wahahahaha! Funny article~! I only know 3 out of 5 but will make sure I get acquainted with Ruan Zheng Dong next…
Howl is indeed a drama queen. lol
waaah...I avoid melos like the plague but once in a while I get tempted. I'll treat this as an introduction to Chiu Roy and more of Taiwanese and Chinese dramas. Thanks so much! ^_^

Noface at the end washed away with all them feels, hahaha! (He's still creepy though O_o)
KDH is a professional through and through. The guy can separate personal stuff from work-related matters. He's blunt and blistering strict but he still covers for what he deems as his responsibility. I need to process the fact that when Si On gets in trouble, Do Han does his share of taking care of him even though I still think he's too harsh when he deals with him.
What's gonna happen to Si On! His buried memories were all triggered into consciousness now! O__O
Thanks for the updates! I think the person in the middle of the Empress Ki/Hwatu pic is Jin Yi Han (What's Up, Conspiracy in the Court). Empress Ki really does have a powerhouse cast...I'm very tempted--Jung Woong In, Ha Ji Won and Joo Jin Mo! If ever, this will be the first Jang Young Cheol drama I'll ever see. I need to dust off Salaryman from my PTW!
The Face Reader has an interesting plot device, so I'll check that one out as soon as it has subs.
The Firstborn looks so warm--but it's one of those dramas that you take one look at and you know you need to have loads of tissues ready...plus 50 eps...pass :|
Top Medical Team--I haven't seen Brain, but I have lukewarm feelings for God of Study...I'll pass. :|
I'd add the following: - those strangely boiled eggs they smash on their foreheads in public saunas, and of course…
boiled eggs and towels wrapped around their heads are like soju and ramen; they're staples particularly in saunas so they're not exactly overused.
Stepping on laundry--this really happens in Asian countries (India, Korea, Phils etc) especially when the laundry is heavy (blankets, curtains, etc). But aside from I Hear Your Voice (was it) and Rooftop Prince, I can't recall any other dramas they used it for to make it overused...
Fun article! :) I'd say soju and ramen are staples of Korean culture though so I personally wouldn't define them…
I was just about to say "Soju and ramen are staples in almost any Kdrama." when my eye caught your comment! :D I agree with that: they're common but not exactly overused.
Laughed a whole lot in this episode. Gong Shil's crazy eyes, Kang Woo's eyebags, Joong Won's expression right after he bumped into her in the kitchen LOL
Huwaaaa the kiss~~I just noticed how red his hand was holding her face...and how big his hands are....*Q*
I'm rather disappointed at SBS for rehashing City Hunter's instrumental in Master's Sun Ep 12. Those are two very different dramas with different feels to them. SBS should have made similar tunes from their opening theme because Master's Sun deserves to have its own score. :P
I really anticipated Ep 14 after this :) thanks for the recap! I loved the bonding Shi On had with Chief Go and Do Han.

Jia Qi sounds like my type of heroine. I hope The Girl in Blue doesn't involve too many tissues :D

They had to give him the moment on the floor. XD
What's gonna happen to Si On! His buried memories were all triggered into consciousness now! O__O
