Very good article! I really liked the drama, just for the same thing you said. It was really dreadful to see the…
High five~! Bridal Mask and Zorro! And Shunji kinda reminds me of Harry Osborn, Peter Parker's bestie in Spiderman. ^_^

I have work on weekdays and chores on weekends. I just watch in between! So many dramas, so little time!

Hello, my sweet! Thanks for dropping by and for the compliment. I think of you the same way and I think it's great that you are able to write more about your drama addiction.
Unlike you I have lesser time to write articles and reviews as much as I would like to. This is something I envy about MDL writers. :)
I haven't seen the first two and I see The Duelist has an interesting premise and trailer.
I don't personally like recommendations that start with 'this film/drama has Actor A and Actress B on it' because it does not describe what I'm going to watch or if it's worth watching.
Perfect example would be LBD. Just because it had YEH, I watched this with enthusiasm--which quickly turned into disappointment. I found myself asking 'What's the point of this whole thing?' more than a couple of times.
I haven't seen any Kang Dong Won dramas/films and in The Duelist's trailer, he is intriguing. The fact that the female lead's adversary is always partially hidden and she only gets a good look at him while on swordplay (on a 360-degree rotating shot if you please) is already sold on me. Let me watch it!

I will have to see Unexpected You during holidays (when I can marathon it). Your recommendation is the second I've come across and the other person who recommended it to me was also the one who recommended Ojakgyo Brothers which I am enjoying so much. :)
I found this article really interesting and in particular the comparison between Germany in Europe and Japan in…
We also have to understand that Shunji went over to the dark side not because it was easy. It was never his intention to but was driven by rather complicated circumstances. The reversal of the besties Kangto and Shunji was one of the main contradictions in the drama that was fascinating to watch for me.

Arigato gosaimas' for the add request! *bow*
You have an interesting mix of fave actors and high five~! I'm into Japanese dramas recently too. :)
Gaksital was and will be my fav drama of 2012! I loved it with all its bits( Mok Dan not included). The scenes…
I'm so glad we share the same appreciation to this side of the drama. This drama was about the dark history that nobody liked to discuss. It captured that nationalistic feeling and how it feels great to fight for your country.
I can rave on and on about the awesome acting cast or how I swoon for Park Ki Woong, but this feeling is something way deeper. :)
May balita ka ba sa gagawin nyang drama remake ng movie ni Kang Ji Hwan?
