maganda sana yan kung talagang na-define nila ang saklaw ng RA10175. Binasa ko ng ilang ulit yan at napaka-vague ng terms and definition nila. Ni hindi nila ginamit ang word na 'hacking' (ewan baka nagkakamali lang ako). Ganun din, wlang nabanggit tungkol sa online piracy o kung meron man--slow ako, hindi ko siya na-gets sa kalabuan! XD
