Could you share some drama with 9/10 in your list?
So you think you are entitled to give something like My Name a 7.5 for any reason you have, but we can't give a low rating to a different drama feeling the same way because you like it and that means everyone should like it? If you can give low ratings to the shows other people may like, we can give a low rating to any shows you may like. Is this the way you want to keep ratings high by forcing people not to comment about their feelings and forcing them to like it?
Why is this rated so high...? wtf! Am a huge 'slice of life' fan and this drama is not too bad but way too overrated?…
I felt the same way from episode one. And I didn't like Kim Seon Ho's character, he is the type of guy I don't like to communicate with. I dropped it. I am not sure how old you are, but it's mostly teenagers loving their idols keeping the hype up, IMHO.
what triangle? Finished Ep 8 and I haven't seen one yet...
Oh god, an SML being part of the triangle and being a villain!? Oh dear. that is what I hate even more. :D But I understand what you say, I just have a different view. Completely the opposite actually. Because when they don't have a chance that actually pisses me off. It's like it is only there to annoy you. In my opinion, Having a triangle for more than two episodes usually means just fillers, to create unnecessary drama and jealousy. As I said if I don't know what will happen I wouldn't mind triangles like Reply 1988 or when they actually go out with each other for a while and like each other but they just move on. I don't like obsessive, one-sided triangles. It's not healthy. I don't like it perhaps because I'm like that. I'm very realistic. If someone doesn't like me and it's obvious I move on, It's not like they are the only one out there.

:)) Oh, it's not like that. Texts can't deliver emotions. Honestly, I just hate triangles in Asian dramas. Also, when I ask others "does this show have a triangle?" and they say, no. And I watch it and it definitely has it. It just makes me mad. I consider any kind of triangle a triangle, and I hate them all, you don't find many dramas that don't have it. Very cliché. I'm sure they'll introduce more. Do they ever have a chance? It's not like we don't know who ends up with who. Because if that was the case I wouldn't mind.
Mother or father, they can't go and come back like nothing has happened when all the hardships have passed and now it's easy. Perhaps some circumstances are different, and it's not like we can judge, but still, they are not entitled to anything. Of course, forgiveness is important but the ones who stick around in hardships even if it is from a distance helping you, are better than those who just say I went through a hard time thinking about you.
I hope the fl becomes more understanding, but in the meanwhile, I like her to just don't end up completely fine with any of her family members, her father, and her mothers, and keep her distance from them.
Honestly, people are always harsher towards women and their mistakes like when they leave their children. I empathize with women more because they already have it hard compared to men, still. It is always thought that if a mother sacrifices herself for the children she just has done her duty, while if the father does that, it means he is a super good father!
Also, I hate these triangles. Don't they have enough obstacles why would you add a whole drama-lasting love triangle? I'm desperate for a show without an annoying triangle. But I stick around to see what happens.
Well, I waited long for this, it satisfied me enough as I expected but I didn't like the last episode, It felt different from the rest of the show. They added some romance, which I didn't buy. I would have preferred a different ending. I don't know what, perhaps she would do what she wanted to do from the start and wouldn't involve herself with anyone. Or something else. The ending didn't work for me. This is why Korean dramas are usually predictable and a little disappointing in the end. Because it happens exactly with a pattern, no surprises. I would have given it a 10, but I'm always fair with my ratings. 9/10.
Exactly. I didn't watch that part actually, their first meeting. Her misunderstanding is the annoying plotline we have to endure. I think she acts very childish in general, I am not sure if it's her character or the actor herself. Though I understand why she wants to cut ties with her family. money is an important issue, but I hope she becomes more understanding. I also don't like the ml behavior towards his children, he reminds me of my dad in the past and we don't have a good relationship. But at least he tries, I hope he changes his perspective as the story proceeds.
It's not the age gap at all, but the romance itself and how it is depicted. This happens a lot with Korean dramas. I don't like oversweetness, exaggerations. Neither do I like awkward moments. But who does? It's just that my feeling is more severe.
This is one of those shows that it pains me to watch, makes me look away, but I still watch it. By the way, the obvious difference between the stuntwoman and the actor really bothers me.
I put it on 2x speed, in my native language we speak fast, so Kdramas are a bit slow for me, besides most of the…
Yes, this! Thank you. I think besides the fact that they speak slowly (relative to my background), it's unnecessary long. I hope they make more short dramas that are fast-paced for my taste.
As someone who has ADHD I always put my K-Drama around 1.5-2x speed! The 1.5x speed doesn't sound strange at all…
I'm happy I'm not alone. So that may be because I have OCD. But I don't have the same problem with American shows to this extend for example. I think the speed of their shows is actually slow as you say.
If they make the speed of dramas at least 0.4 times faster like what you would do with fast-forwarding, It gets much more interesting, for me. I get distracted a lot with Asian dramas. They have so many unnecessary long scenes.
Namgoong Min likes to put pictures on the wall. I like it. It's still soon to say this but so far it's a little slow for my taste, I liked Awaken more than this.
