I’m totally with you on that! I’m mean I kind of see how they are trying to bring all this modern ideas into the show. But the execution is just wrong. I’m on ep 10. And I had a hard time getting to it. Because I didn’t truly find Li Wei lack of sense and decorum to be that funny. I mean half of the shit that she pulled could have gotten her and a lot of people killed if she had married let’s say the second prince.

The last two episodes were such a tear fest ! I wished they had given more happy episodes. But it was such a cute little ride to be part of Eiw and Cake story. I like that their love was essentially drama free, especially when you consider that this was 2012 in their world. I would have love to see more of what Cake parents reaction were to them too dating. And I love the fact that Eiw love story didn’t turn into a “Love of Siam” repeat, and that no one was there to separate them when they both realized that their feelings were mutual. And I also like the fact that Eiw was comfortable identifying as gay the moment he realized he was not into girl and that it was not a mess of the usual Im not gay I only like you nonsense they like to throw around. The people complaining that it was not steamy enough I say seriously go watch porn if that what you need. I like we had the adequate amount of skinship for the type of love that depicted. And it was heartwarming to so the level of comfort between Eiw and Cake. And it’s not like we are not aware of what going on between them. We know that their are basically a married couple who just cannot get married. All this ranting to say this was a cute little gem.

People attacking the whole of Japanese culture for the age gap in this one, must stop and think that the whole universe doesn’t revolve on western ideas of morality or whatnot. And if remember right the age of consent in Japan is still like 13 even if they trying to bump it up to 16. So before trying to sound like a scornful puritan how about you check your bias first.

Meg & Gino were this movie saving grace with their cuteness. Vilma actress did a great job but her character just robbed me the wrong way. She was just too entitled for her own good. Proving that the actress did a great job at making you despise V because we could see how she was being a little too dismissive of the people that helped her get to where she was.

😂 I do admit that was freaking hilarious. And I admit that once I saw that I figured that little adult joke may not appear in the CH version.

I was actually leaning with the. Fact that maybe Rak got into an accident and lost his memory, so he doesn’t remember then being together already and only think that Shine is his boss but he still end up falling in love with him again while helping at his company.
