The supervisor of the Astronomical Bureau is suspicious. Also the grand princess. Wei Yuan is not the person we…
Huaiqing princess. The voice of the 1 is adulterated but it's possible to hear the soft tones as if it's a calm girl speaking. Huaiqing have access to information and magic enough to do such a little trick. Also 1 is directly on the royal court and she reacted strangely seeing the device the Xu Qi An brother dropped close to her. Most important, the owners of the devices are all prodigies and geniuses in many fields, so even if she's not a fighter she's just as powerful in intelligence and resources, more than enough to be a part of the group.
howโd it go from 9.0 to 8.4 ๐ฎ ik it fluctuates but i thought everyone was enjoying it 0-0
The 9.0 rating was from only 11 users. Users here are very picky, so before the drama ends, the score tends to fluctuate a lot. The same thing happens with other high-budget Cdrama masterpieces. If there's a tragic ending, it might even drop to, I don't know, 7.9. at least the users here are less picky than the ones of Douban.
Yue Mi and Tian Qi never had a romantic relationship. Yue Mi harbored a secret love for Tian Qi, who was in love…
Oh, and also, the synopsis says that he's a powerful Demon God, which is not technically wrong since 'demon' is a very accepted translation of yaoguai. So maybe they just changed his title from God of Monsters (as in ALP) to Demon God. Technically, they are the same, even if he lived among the gods. The dynamic of his godhood is indeed peculiar, because no drama typically places a Demon God in the same realm as other 'heavenly' gods. But in ALP, he was a true God, just like Shang Gu and Bai Jue. So the FL is inclined to obviously become a goddess in the drama. As the male lead, since his peculiar divine situation among the yaoguai/spiritual clan/demons he may be entitled as a demon god which hasn't the same meaning as in other dramas.

It's hard to say since they not only changed the names but also part of Tian Qi's storyline. It's difficult to explain, but he was one of the true 'gods,' specifically the god of monsters/yaoguai. The term yaoguai is interpreted differently across various dramas, sometimes translated as 'demons' (as in Fangs of Fortune), 'monsters' (in ALP), 'spiritual clan,' or even 'supernaturals'โI believe this is how they are referred to in the iQIYI translation of Moonlight Mystique. Tian Qi was likely the supreme leader/king/god of the yaoguai, which could be understood as supernatural beings that vary from demonic entities to misunderstood spiritual creatures. However, at the beginning of Ancient Love Poetry (ALP), he lived among the gods because yaoguai and other species coexisted harmoniously. It was only after his fall that the yaoguai clan became hostile and separated from the divine realm.
Tian Qi was framed for Yue Mi's death and suffered severe injuries. Perhaps in Moonlight Mystique, there will be revelations about his magnificent and essential nature. I haven't read the novel, so I can't speculate much about it.
In ALP, he was indeed a god and, by the end of the story, was cleared of the accusations regarding Yue Mi's death. He also returned to the highest divine realm for thousands of years. However, in Moonlight Mystique, it seems like he is in a phase where he maintains a low profile, having lost his supreme powers (although still very strong) and is still recovering from his injuries.
In ALP, he regained his godhood while still mourning Yue Mi, recognizing his love for her, and remained in the divine realm. I believe the timeline in Moonlight Mystique diverges from that. Another hypothesis is that he suffered some mysterious injury if he hypothetically left the divine realm searching for Yue Mi, but this looks less plausible.
Fan Yue actually is one of four true Gods, the Demon God Tian Qi.. if you've watched Ancient Love Poetry..
since Tian Qi lost most of his powers and even in ALP after his fall he also became a leader of demons/monster I think they may not be showing everything about him
Yue Mi and Tian Qi never had a romantic relationship. Yue Mi harbored a secret love for Tian Qi, who was in love…
Oh, and Tian Qi was also falsely accused of killing Yue Mi, and was banished, as the only witness at the scene was the villain, who was actually the one responsible for Yue Mi's death (at the time, the villain was a disciple and servant of Shang Gu, so people believed she was innocent). He carried the burden of this accusation for, I donโt know, thousands of years, almost until the end of the drama.
Yue Mi and Tian Qi never had a romantic relationship. Yue Mi harbored a secret love for Tian Qi, who was in love with Shang Gu. Tian Qi always cared deeply for Yue Mi in an affectionate way, but not romantically as he loved Shang Gu. Yue Mi met an unfair demise, dying in front of Tian Qi and turning into a stone statue. This was an incredibly painful moment for him. Both were among the 'primordial' gods, with Tian Qi as the god of monsters (possibly yaoguai?) and Yue Mi as the goddess of the Moon. If my memory serves me right (please correct me if I'm wrong), I believe Yue Mi took a blow meant for Tian Qi and perished.
I understand that Bai Shuo is a reincarnation of Yue Mi and that Fan Yue is also a reincarnation of Tian Qi, which…

I thought I was the odd one who liked her. I loved the cp in general and so far it's my fav cp for Jianci, yes…
I really like how they miss and appreciate each other early in the drama (ep 6 ~ 7), on a natural way (even with that bickering couple troupe that I hate). For Tan Jian Ci my favorite cp is the one in Love Me Love My Voice, wich has a stunning romance โจ
Another comment section with hate towards the FL , I'm out.
and I dare say I've seen very few dramas where people complained that ML was annoying instead of FL. It's tedious how they call FL (in general) annoying for literally anything. The hate is even bigger in dramas with some bromance like The Blood of Youth.
I feel bad for the female actress that play in bromance shows because they get all the hate especially the actress…
I feel the same. All the girls have diverse personalities, strengths and weakness like everybody, but most people will always label them as annoying for any minimally unpleasant aspect. Sikong Qianluo was indeed the greatest example. She was strong, independent and smart, but only for things like her dubbing or childishness (which honestly wasn't that much), people hated her with all the heart.
no way they actually failed๐ญ the main characters card didn't work this time...
yeah ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ, that's because the attempt need to fail bc of the story. Unfortunately consort Xuan has to have her first prince son and only after that, she and Ye Dingzhi will succeed in escaping together to Tian Wai Tian, and then will give birth to Wuxin, her second son, who will be the heir of the sect.
Really curious they do the four children birth because tan lian is older than wuxin, qianluo, xiao se and lei…
Xiao Se is also older than most of the group (Between 18 and 20), Wuxin, Lei Wujie and Qianluo are between 16 and 17 years old. Tang Lian is older than all of them (20). All of these ages are from speculations and interpretations of the Donghua, because they don't say the specific ages in any official media.
