I just binged the entire thing, which I didn't plan at all. I didn't expect HHJ to be quirky in this, lol. I really enjoyed it and the vibe. It was a really good watch. It feels very simple and does not do too much.

STEVE NOH is the type of actor that when he does a show in the future, everyone's going to be like, "Where has this man been and why didn't we know about him?"
I had the same feeling with Byeon Woo Seok when I watched 20th Century Girl for the first time, and I was one of the first few people who watched Lovely Runner whilst Queen of Tears was still airing. I watched him grow with my 2 eyes.
I watched Steve Noh in Pachinko, and he's such a brilliant actor, great voice and face card, but he hasn't done a lot of rom coms ( I believe a lot of actors break through because of romcoms), he's slowly breaking into the drama scene tho. He just seems to be very intentional about the scripts he chooses rn and they might not be for everyone or TikTok famous atp.
I honestly don't say this about anyone, but there's just something about him; he definitely has star potential, and he'll get there!
But he just seems like a really sweet and talented guy, and I am rooting so hard for him!!!

He's also really good at chess, if I remember correctly.

Okay, so I just learnt about this recently too, but when these TV companies (IQIYI, TENCENT, YOUKU) make shows, they aim for them to break a 10k/ 30K heat index, which means the show is doing REALLY WELL. The companies, brands, etc, use it to measure how well the show did and the influence of the actors involved.
They measure it in different ways, combined (# millions of views per episode, live streams, actors' follower count, express packages bought, engagement, and overall talk on the internet). These all contribute to the index, which rises until it reaches 10k.
Only 3-4 shows per year from each platform can do this, and they usually discuss them during their annual investment conferences. It also means a lot to the actors and production crew as well. So when a show hits 10k, I usually check it out to see what the fuss is about.
Now that being said, some companies *cough cough* IQIYI suppress or increase the index by themselves, so for shows like "Fated Hearts" and " A Dream Within a Dream" that were not made by IQIYI, they would have to share the profits if it hits 10k, so they suppress it. And there are shows that increase it, e.g there was a show I felt that didn't meet the 10k mark standards as the plot was all over the place, but it still hit 10k.
Also, fans can contribute a lot to breaking it by constantly streaming shows on multiple devices, buying packages and seats, etc. EG Yang Yang's show broke 10k in a day or 2 of airing, I believe, and tbh you cannot tell if the show's plot is that good from 6 episodes, which just proves how large his fan base is.
So anytime you see the poster with 10k or 30k on here or Twitter, just know that the show is buzzworthy, either the plot is really good or the actor is huge!
Maybe I missed it but her husband definitely knows sheâs lying but he loves how ambitious she is thatâs my theory, they also keep talking about the qualities of that plant he likes and sheâs literally the same!

I agree, the episodes shouldâve been a bit shorter, no need for 40 eps, everything else was perfect, styling, cinematography, acting etc. just the plot that was a bit on the weaker side.
Misunderstand shouldâve been solved by ep 20 max đ. I loved LYT, she played her part really well and not cringey. Just her characters writing wasnât the best.

This is Linmon production and not IQIYI so a lot of people suspect they suppressed the heat index, like how they raise the index for some shows. A lot of people on XHS complained about it.
I havenât started this yet and this might be niche but the lady that plays the kings consort/ concubine and the girl that Yoona met and used her kitchen on the first day back in time, were in a shadow called âbloody heartâ one of the most intense (and best imo) kdramas as concubine and maid
I donât want to to think about it lol, was so upset, first 30 minutes were so bad but the ending ending was really good. I still canât bear to rewatch lol

Ex boyfriend isnât that important, the only reason we see him is because he works at a mother firm thatâs all. She already told him off and ended it all.
With the twin we can see they both have a healthy relationship and text each other casually, even tho we donât know how they built that relationship.
Iâm more intrested in her parents, I havenât seen much of them.
In terms of romance I wasnât really expecting it from the beginning so I have No notes, enjoying the drama a lot and should definitely be an 8.6 ish on here
