I wanted to watch it as I love ZWY he’s such a power house but the ratings don’t seem too good

I have trauma from that show, I stopped anticipating shows after it, biggest disappointment of my life. They had such a good concept and first few episodes were insane. Needed to shoot myself as it went on

I understand what you’re saying but for now in interpreted his character a bit differently, WXY character has a strong presence, also had a playful nature that didn’t take away from his character, I didn’t seem like he was hiding anything and you can tell how he feels from his expressions, Duke Su was very expressive. But I see the Ml here as very gaurded and aloof, I don’t think we’re meant to know what he’s thinking (yet) if this carries on then yes I agree but when things start to unfold I expect him to open up a bit more. I think it’s just part of his character design. He also doesn’t seem too rugg the less so far just very direct. We shall see

This show (if it continues well) and the double are really good plot wise, i wonder why they don't get large budgets like other shows. I believe they're from the same author? maybe her next adaptation

Cna someone explain what the 7th dish meant in episode 7? they brought out six dishes and Han Yan brought out the seventh without food but a flower I believe, what did it mean? thanks

One thing I love about the FL is she always maintains a poker face, in other dramas when being questioned some of the FL’e out on a confused look to get out of it but it’s so annoying. ML is so hot, he always had this look u unfortunately the wig did him dirty 🥲

Today’s episodes were soooo good! It’s getting better and better and ML is getting more screen time 🤭

Genuinely like it’s not that bad but how much does a good wig cost? He could’ve been so much hotter with a better wig, the double as well 😭 Duke Su’s wig always looked so stiff .Like the wigs from my journey to you were so good! I wonder how much you need to get a good wig like that.

The daughter in this show reminds me of Ye Hua's Son in Ten Miles of peach blossom, maybe because she talks a lot which I didnt expect

Have you watched all 4 episodes? if not then i believe there is more to the mother than what is shown, even the scene where she is so angry she starts tearing up, she said she could't even protect her own family from beheading so there is something going on here
