I'm on a k-bl spree and I watch this again. Anyway, one of the best sound tracks you can find in bl. Also, the actors are actually pretty talented too, not just in acting.
Is this for real?? I've read the manhwa for like years ago, and I mean i nver expected it being turned into live action. Well, the manhwa is pretty graphically violent but it's manhwa, so. But to turn into live, i guess they'll have to revise to be acceptable by wide range of audience. But anyway, i look forward to it.
I think I might have enjoyed it better had the setting not been so perfectly wrought (everyone on camera was just…
Well said. Normally, I avoid high school drama, just not the fan of all kids drama and a bit too old for that too lol. Anyway, I've tried watching this because it's rather high rated among peers, been on my list like forever and I'm used to be an avid bl fan so I just couldn't avoid.
But I couldn't go on to watch. I can bear fluffiness but it's just I feel like nothing's really going on. I mean, the storyline could work but the scriptwriters couldn't make it interesting. And like you said, the acting's a bit stiff. And yes, the makeup situation is kinda irritating too. I mean, they'd look better with natural looking makeup. Those are already beautiful boys even without makeup come on.
It's pity though that this series get 16 episodes though there are some other great bl series that are in need to be longer. Sight!
I always think Korean should step up the game of bl. I mean , I love Japanese and Thai bl but I knew Korean could make a different approach, I mean with their visual, drama sense and the acting. I know and have watched other Korean bl before but most of them are so so, I guess mostly because of the budget and the audience. I mean, Korean people are one of the most conservative folks. But I guess it's slowly changing and international fans are one of the reasons. They're now starting to get the idea of importantness of US. FINALLY haha. And of course, also because the young generation Koreans are more open-minded than the previous ones.
Anyway, I wish there'll be more like this in the future. And I hope they'll be longer and proper series, at least 16 episodes.
And last but not least, I wish to see healthy homosexual couples in tv drama from Korea. It's still a very rare thing now, I hope in future they'll occasionally cast great actors for gay characters.
Edit: I know that the storyline is nothing out of the ordinary but it's great performance of actors plus nice script (no awkward one) plus a decent production team that makes it worth rewatchable.
Can someone spoil me, please! It's kinda infuriating for me to go on to watch, I'm so disgusted by the inhumane behaviors of humans here. I mean, can't they give the victim's family a break! Anyway, I still want to know the main thing, like who tried to kill Sun Ho, I bet he didn't commit suicide. And what happens to those stupid boys? Gosh, how I loathe them attitudes and their parents!
I'm not sure whether I should watch this; I mean it has the great ratings. It's just I kinda have problems watching Lee Joon Ki. Sorry if I mean to offend him. It's not because he's a bad actor and all, it's just I could never finish his dramas—the ones I've tried watching. Coincidentally enough, I have similar situation with Song Joong Ki as well. But with Song Joon Ki, I don't even bother to start watching. I wonder if other people have similar cases with any specific actor or actress.
Started watching this drama today, and have finished 2 eps. I liked the murder mystery part but seriously can't…
It happened to me the first time I tried watching. Tbh it's a bit slow paced, the whole story line. And yes, FL's character is actually like that, soft and all though decisive. And although it's not that much of a groundbreaking show (for me), it's kinda touching. I say it's more of a character driven than story. But yeah, if you're not in the mood for a slow paced mystery, maybe try again later.
I am up to ep 12, during ep 5 I would think that this drama would make a lot more sense a little while later and…
Yeah well I can't even go on after one episode haha. I tried watching some times ago, but then I dropped because to me it was boring. But then I saw it has pretty decent rating and I'm trying again. But still not getting. I guess it's just not my thing. Or probably I was expecting to see a masterpiece like Signal idk
Way too slow for me, guess I'm gonna drop. It's actually the second time I'm trying lol and it's not as interesting to me. Maybe they start of with slow paced idk.
