I agree with you about him being the more sympathetic character. You know, her spunk was cute for awhile, but as it goes on the female lead is really hypocritical; she sure didn't mind running to him when she wanted to help for her parents, afterwards, she just still wouldn't give the guy any quarter at all, even an act of friendship.. She was mean, rude, always shouting at him - he wouldn't have acted so reckless if she would've give him a little confidence in their relationship. I hope I can make it through to the end, I find her extremely b i t c h y and am way more sympathetic to the male lead.
