All episodes were released tonight.

In Ep 10, when GYX finds his sister SY at HZ's stall, HZ is angry at him because of SY. The communication between them here is so natural and the misunderstanding is easily resolved - he recognises that she's angry, asks her to explain and doesn't take offence to what she says.
I know it's a small thing but it's such a relief that the characters communicate well and think logically. Even with the drama with the third Aunt in ep 9, they see through the bad acting and the third Aunt doesn't really hide her motives. Oh, and GYX and the first prince knowing that the emperor controls them all.
Good start, hoping that it stays like this throughout the drama.

I think Canxing does want to get rid of Yang Minghua. From what I gather, Yang and Ge are sworn brothers and they had a third oldest brother who died. This oldest brother is Canxing's big brother. I have a feeling that Canxing is the final big bad. Canxing is afraid of Yang and Ge's power, so he's pitting Yang and Ge against each in an effort to get them to get rid of both of them.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he killed his older brother - otherwise how else would CanXing have become Lord.
Although having said that - there's still so much we don't know, so many secrets yet to be told.

Both scenes of Ruyi confronting LTG in ep 19 and 20 are gold. But man I just keep playing ep 20 over and over again - she's so fkin boss. Every word is a killing blow - it's so satisfying yet so scary at the same time.

Also end of ep 14 - I don't like the stuff about Yu Shi San dying when he meets 'the one'. I really don't want him to die but that seems to be what they're hinting at....

I know the kiss scene is meant to be romantic but I was fully on the ground with laughter. I cannot with the brothers - they're so funny with the leaf blowing machine and throwing leaves like what the hell.

I have the same feeling as you. I'm concerned he's going to die. I saw in the cast list Lester Lin is playing 'Ning Shi San' - is there a chance that's FL and ML's kid, and they named him after Yu Shi San coz he dies... :(

The water droplets throughout that last fight scene, holy, what a masterpiece

I think it's more than just wanting her to mind her own business. He's telling her don't get overconfident thinking you're the smartest, don't get carried away.
Also, look at his face when SGQ describes what she used to blackmail YWS into helping her - he doesn't look pleased, you could almost say he looks a little disgusted. I think GSJ definitely didn't like her methods, so part of what he's trying to convey is also the warning to her to not use such brazen underhanded techniques.

I highly doubt that GYZ will actually like either YWS or SGQ. However I loved the chemistry between YWS and GYZ in the clinic scene today.

Side note: I secretly want to believe that YWS's sister YQ is still alive somehow, and then if GYZ and YQ make a pair, it'll be all three brothers with assassin wives - can you imagine how strong the Gong Family will get under those 6.

When she says: If witchcraft bugs existed, you would have used it to prove your innocence when you were wrongly accused the other day. Otherwise how did you end up being thrown in the dungeons. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Loving the confrontation in the clinic this episode with YWZ and GYZ. I rewatched the first scenes of SGQ and GYZ. It's so interesting the juxtaposition of the two scenes; the differences between the two women; even the difference in their reactions to that bug trick that he uses. Every word that YWZ utters is meant to make an impact, she really doesn't waste a breath on pointing out his flaws/mistakes. SGQ on the other hand likes using distractions and deception.

Now that is how you do a cliffhanger!

I cannot commend the leads enough, they all have such amazing chemistry:
- YWS & SGQ - the dangerous assassin sisters
- YWS & GZY - you can't miss those secret looks
- GSJ & SGQ - he suspects her, but he can't help himself
- GSJ & GYZ - brothers thicker than blood
- GZY & GSJ - there's so much hate but you can't have love without hate
- GYZ & SGQ - so many tense scenes of them two together so far, and it's so funny when they're both trying to get GSJ's attention

Bring on ep 7 & 8!

Side note - I may be dreaming but I'm hoping for some YWS and GSJ scenes: these two characters are the smartest on each side so I'm really looking forward to seeing these two battle.

I don't think it was that cunning... she was just trying to get intel and she wanted to put the pouch back but couldn't. When the brothers talk after searching her room they basically confirm that they both believe she took it, they just don't have evidence against her. So I think actually she actually put herself in a lot of danger right now - even if GSJ has feelings towards her, he knows that she's suss

It may seem like an open ending but I think what we need to take away from this series is the growth that these kids have been through. Each one taught us lessons about going through tough times and what it means to be human.

I know a lot of us wanted GY and RZ to end up together and we didn't get to see it in the series, but certainly I think the ending hints that they're more likely to get a happy ending (just outside of the series). When we see RZ 10 years later, there's no wedding ring; she think about GY when she's at the beach; she also mistakenly thinks the kid on the bike at the school gates is him as well. If you look carefully, when she first enters their classroom (10 years later) GY's chair is not on the table. But just before her friends come in wearing their school uniform, the chair is now upside down on the table and RZ seems to be tracing something with her fingers - that must be the 'RZ' that he wrote at the back of his chair all those years ago.

I'm sure there must be some deleted scenes that show more of GY and RZ - fingers crossed they'll release some of these!

This! I was just about to comment the same thing.
It is just so upsetting to watch him tear up, because as the audience, you realise how lonely and how dark his life must be. The smallest action makes him feel just that little bit of love that he just doesn't have in his life at this point.

I just hope that there's a good reason for what happened. I'm fearing that it'll be one of those "He was killed by drug dealers but I took the blame so that you wouldn't know about his history and remember him in a bad light after he died".

I love that after episode 31, he finally understood what she meant by "you need to communicate with me". This is the first time he tells her his plans - he finally lets her in.

honestly i'm not even watching ep 21 - my heart can't take it. I'm gonna just see the trailers for the upcoming episodes and wait til I see a trailer of them getting together again, then i'll binge ep 21 up til that ep.
