When I said MGB-level production, I was referring mostly to the script. I have watched tons of Thai Lakorns. I’m no stranger to Thai VFX, so I had already set my expectations on that front. For me, a well-written show is worth watching no matter how small the budget is (for example, Gelboys...literally some parts were shot with iPhone). What really matters is attention to detail and consistency. For example, one minute a character jumps out of a window wearing only socks, and the next minute he’s stepping out of a car with shoes on. When you stack that kind of sloppiness on top of a weak script, it becomes a major turnoff.

This is the perfect example of why storytelling is important. It’s a very simple story, but they keep us engaged every step of the way as it progresses. It could’ve easily gone south if it hadn’t been handled properly. No need for gimmicks or NC scenes to sell it to the audience.

If he’s a real victim, then yes! But he’s not. We all know this is a classic trope...showing us false clues, making him (Knight) look like the bad guy, and then resolving it all as a big misunderstanding. So, my questions remain the same: there was no SA, no trauma, hence no memory loss. So why take the word of someone who was supposedly drunk and make serious accusations without proof?

E23...Just putting thongs in perspective, elite runners finish a 26.2 miles marathon in 2-3hours with perodic recuperations along the way. She was running laps over 6hrs with no breaks, no food, no water, no nothing...that's roughly 78 miles of running and she has energy to target practice after that. 🤓😎

Unlike a certain supernatural-based BL that came out this year from Thailand, I am impressed by the cohesive storytelling with well crafted visuals, the editing, and the pacing. Of course, it's a little early to call it, but this looks promising.
