You said it when you said it was a weak story line... The sex for sex sake was added to make a weak story more palatable for a weak story line... Sex is beautiful between a married man and woman; but, watching someone have sex in a movie is like being a Peeping Tom...

The three mini-stories that ran simultaneously were all excellent! Bring along plenty of tissues...

I haven't seen this yet, but I'm thinking about it. I've watched several historical dramas and movies in a row. Sadly, if you watch Historical dramas from any country, from any time period, there will be deceit, hunger for power, and filled with greed. I don't like it either, but that's what the world has been filled with since the Beginning...

I've already re-watched each episode as it's come out several times already. I cry and laugh at the same parts as the first time I watched it :) Wonderful love story!!!

Oh my goodness, I'm so not ready for this to end; but if it had to end, I'm glad it ended the way it did!!! I don't know how the ratings on this drama were, but it was the most romantic, loving, caring drama I've seen in such a long time. To see Uee and Lee Seo Jin as a couple seemed too far fetched, but after only a few minutes, it wasn't far fetched at all!! They will go to the top of my "couple's favorites!! The entire cast, writers, directors, etc., etc... were absolutely amazing! Thanks for such beautiful memories!

I wasn't sure what this drama was to be about. Guess that's why I waited to watch it... But, was I surprised! Many tears and smiles and laughter and love! Rain's performance was exceptional. I didn't realize he could do comedy like this role!! Great performances by all of the cast... Wish it could have gone on for several more episodes as I will miss this one while I will also remember it for a long time ...

After a marathon of "Scandal", I'm now looking forward to Season 2 since Season 1 didn't answer all of the questions... Really enjoyed this drama as I hadn't seen the leads in any other drama. I'll definitely check out other dramas / movies with these fantastic actors!! Loved the twists and turns that were unexpected. I highly recommend this drama!!!

Amazing! Everything about this drama was amazing! Best drama! Best historical drama! Best Cast Ensemble! Best Lead Actors! Best scenery! Best everything! Loved it from beginning to end and wished it wasn't over ...

I'm surprised at the low ratings and comments below... It worked for me so that I would recommend it. I've always liked the lead actors, and even the supporting cast was great. Looking forward to Sung Joon's next project ;)

I'm on Episode 16; but so far, I still think "The Disguiser" is better... I may change my mind by the time I get to the end ;)

Not all Chinese dramas and/or movies are good; but when they get it right, they produce an excellent, amazing, and better than a good one!!! The actors, from the leads to the lesser roles, portrayed their parts superbly! For some reason, Ming Tai (Hu Ge) reminded me of Choi ShiWon with his quirky facial expressions and sincerity... I will miss watching the unfolding of the plot, the twists and turns. I won't forget this drama for a long time... Now I must see more from these actors, some of whom are in "Nirvana in Fire".

You're so right! I can only find up through episode 6 that is subbed. I would like to watch episode 10 bu itself... Such a heartbreaking drama!!!

I don't think I've seen the US movie, though this is haunting me as I've seen it somewhere! I thought it was an Asian film, possibly Japanese like this one.

Loved this drama, especially for the cast members! Jang Na Ra, Jung Kyung Ho, and Yoo In Na have always been my favorites! Actually, the entire cast worked well together well! I recommend this drama for anyone wanting multiple love stories in mostly happy scenarios...
