Her character (not the actress) was definitely frustrating, but that is more like real life in these situations! Loved this drama sooooo much. Cried and cried!

I began watching the Japanese version of this drama sequel (PROPOSAL DAISAKUSEN) because I loved its leading actor in "Flowers for Algernon". Actually, I was watching a few episodes of one then a few episodes of the other until I fell in love with the Korean version!!! For me, it was far and above the better of the two! Even though they are the same story, their story lines vary in that the Korean version has baseball as its foundation stone. I love baseball and had 2 sons play baseball in college. It was very authentic in this approach! This drama has gone to the top of my list as my most favorite of all; and with the number of wonderful Korean dramas I've seen, that means a great deal! The writers, story, actor's interpretation of their characters -- all were magnificent! Yoo Seung Ho is an exceptionally talented young actor who's been acting since he was a child. This was made just prior to his Military Service. After finishing this, I'm ready to return to the Japanese version ;) Honestly, if you haven't seen this drama, I highly recommend it for those of you who love romantic melodrama! Every episode was great for me. Even when there were sad times and tears, I soon found myself smiling and laughing during the next scene. Great performances by ALL... especially Lee Dong Wook, my very special actor ;) Every character Lee Dong Wook portrays is so different than the previous one(s). Such a multi-talented actor! I truly liked this mini-drama! Very surprised at the low, low ratings; but maybe it was because it was too real life without the fairy tale ending?!? Sometimes in love, we push so hard to make things happen that it either never works out or we enter a marriage that is miserable after a while. If this drama was real life, I would say that GOD had a better way without trying to push, push, push to make it happen... Loved this mini drama! A very sad movie to have been named "I Am Happy". Yet, I thought it was written well and the acting was superb as they portrayed their characters as they went through difficult days in their lives. Lee Bo Young and Hyun Bin were amazing, though as Rubaxxa said below, this isn't a romance movie. Rather, it's a drama and/or a melodrama.. I liked watching the progression of their lives through their trials and tribulations. Beautiful seems to be the best word to describe this movie... Emotional & Pain mixed with tears are other words. Amazing also comes to mind when I think of the story line combined with two very talented young actors. I wanted to see Kwak Shi Yang in this movie as I'm enjoying his acting in the drama "All Is Well", airing now. What a wonderful love story like I've never seen before. Loved the twists, turns, and the dreams, especially the dreams from another era. I've always been a great fan of Ji Jin Hee, but not so much of Lee Ji Ah. After this, though, I'm a fan of both of them -- they made an amazing couple. Great seeing Ji Jin Hee and Ahn Jae Hyeon together again for their "Blood" reunion ;) I recommend this highly. Hilariously good! Joo Ji Hoon is coming to the front... He's becoming such an excellent actor in all situations! In the States, we've had mega movies about tomb mysteries... think Angelina Jolie... China's attempt to make this movie was admirable. The cast members were younger, and I didn't know either of them from previous Chinese dramas or movies. If you like movies with Action, Adventure, Mystery and Supernatural Thrillers like the Synopsis above suggests this movie is, then you will like this one.... but don't compare it with any you've seen from the States. When I see that only 1 person, other than myself, has added a rating either too high or too low like this person before me did, it's usually a fake rating. How sad that someone would go through and do that to the overall ratings... Either don't fake rate or give a comment why you think it deserved a 6.6 ... Hey, maybe it deserved that rating, but it would be nice for someone who actually watches the movies to make that decision. Thanks!

What a greatly interesting drama!! This is the kind of show that Lee Dong Wook is best in before he began doing the wacky, weirdo person that he has been doing for the past couple of years. I will always be his fan, but I like him in this kind of drama far better. I can always count on a good performance by Kim Hyun Joo. She and Lee Dong Wook made a cute couple even without the more romantic notions... the way they looked at each other plus the things they did for each other can be even more romantic ;) No spoilers here, just a good drama to watch and enjoy as I did!! http://dramatv.tv/drama-info/partner.html
