I just don't like how there are so many muted audio scenes in each episode due to copyright. Like you can't even hear the voice acting sometimes because it's muted due to the background music being muted.
I'm loving the comedy this drama brings but we're halfway done and still not much concerns for the evil spirit that's looming around from our main characters. Geez how much light energy is this evil spirit is going to suck up before the main characters do something about it.
But the love triangle we are getting is kinda unexpected. I didn't expect the spirit to have feelings for FL
Which is weird because remember in one episode, the evil spirit saw her energy light and went back to try to steal it from her but she boarded on the bus ahead of time. I guess he didn't see her face otherwise I'm pretty sure the evil spirit would've stopped what he was going to do once he saw her face if it was his love back then.
Jun Young is going to make sure she guiltrips TaeYang in every step possible and Tae Yang is going to let that…
I read some people's comments that Park Ji Hyun has been playing a lot of antagonist characters recently and if this continues into this role as well, oh boy, you may right and we're in for a rough ride.
Jun Young is going to make sure she guiltrips TaeYang in every step possible and Tae Yang is going to let that…
If they're going to go on that route, then she's going to be the real antagonist of this drama. But... as of now I don't really see her going that far. Guess we'll have to see how her interactions will be next week.
Before Jun Young appeared, I think most of us had hopes that Jun Young will be a good character but also had a feeling she was going to be a character that causes trouble and of course the feelings would be correct instead of our hopes.
So based on that, I'm just getting the feeling that Tae Yang will do some sort of public announcement, clarifying that it wasn't a bribe for why she left back then but instead it's because of her guilt and self-blame for ruining Jun Young's badminton career back then. I feel like this is the only way Jun Young will stop with the bitterness and grudge towards Tae Yang and finally move on.
I just hope they settled this quickly and not stall too long on this issue because I want to see more badminton actions.
Hmm... just a theory here but let's say Jun Young is a good character.
Her story could be where she was glad she got hurt because she didn't want to play badminton anymore. Maybe she felt too much pressure from her parents and wanted to understand who she is and what she wanted to do with her life so she ran away for 3 years. Or maybe/also she ran away because she saw how her younger brother Tae Jun was neglected by their parents and wanted to give his time to shine in badminton.
Unfortunately by doing this, she hurt her now ex-boyfriend Jung Hwan and left Tae Yang to think she was to blame for her reason for leaving so she returns to repair the hurt she caused for both of them and maybe try to have a better sister-brother relationship with Tae Jun, being the family support Tae Jun never got from his parents.
I didn’t know jun young is a main character! Well, I don’t hate her (yet) cause we still didn’t see her…
Yeah it's kind of weird how she's considered a main cast but doesn't appeared in the present time until almost halfway through the drama. Here's to hoping she's a good character and will help Tae Yang forgive herself from her guilt.
Watching this drama from the beginning, I thought, there's no way I would sympathize with Noh Tae Nam knowing the wrongs he did and the wrongs that happened to him but episode 15 did it. His character change made me sympathized with him. He seems such a sad character now.
I know he will have character growth throughout this drama, but man, I just wanna smack Cha Woong in the first episode, especially when there was someone dead in front of him and all he cared about was that helmet. Like dude is super heartless.
From the cover photo and the drama tags, this drama caught me by surprise with the amount of funny scenes it has, especially after the 1st episode. Definitely keeps me wanting more.
Favorite quotes from Ep 7 "Because my standard for happiness is myself" "Our job is to offer them comfort, sympathy, and support, rather than a solution."
