omg you read my mind! I was thinking the same. Park il joo's Voldemort to hwa pyungs's harry! Park il joo is "he…
Oh right , It almost slipped my attention. Here too is a trio of 2 boys and a girl. But as much as like Ron and Rupert, I can't see his character in Mateo since Ronny was a lil goofy and mateo is a lonesome brooding man. And also I love Kim Jae Wook so much. He was my reason to start this. Hehe... bias and all, you see. I wish he was Harry!
I am not gonna spoil it for you. I hope you can watch till the end and like it. Have a fun ride!
I am on episode 5 now...first 2 eps were awesome...i think the story is toning down a little bit and getting repetitive..…
omg you read my mind! I was thinking the same. Park il joo's Voldemort to hwa pyungs's harry! Park il joo is "he who shall not be named" and Hwa Pyung is the cursed child aka the chosen one. The evil left a part of him in the child. As you keep watching, these feelings get even stronger. But the show itself is quite intriguing and engaging to me. I am at episode 12. Every time I guess someone to be PIJ, I stumble. The struggle is real!
It was so not what I expected. I watched it for CD and PEB. The cast did a great job at acting. The story seemed interesting but the writer couldn't maneuver it through the right course. 16 episodes of chasing after a psycho serial-killing half-baked hot demon-girl and constantly failing to get rid of her was exhausting to follow due to the lack of skilful story-telling. The first few episodes were interesting but it got sluggish real quick. And then the absolute bonkers ending happened. I could have been satisfied with a sad ending instead of the stupid patchwork one.
There were so many loose ends that were kept hanging for my frustrated mind - Why could only Yeo Wool see Da Il! Why did Woo Hye kill their family members; was there a reason or she just chanced upon them on her killing spree! How was Da Il still wandering around as a ghost when his body was not in coma (he was opening his eyes often after his body was discovered)! Is it a special medical condition where the patient wakes up from coma at certain times and falls back into it! There were so many suchlike unanswered questions.
It was alright for a one time watch. The story was a little childish and not well put together. But I liked the main leads. The ML was cute as a button and the FL was so charming and vivacious, her acting was on fleek. I loved the love story. The girl was totally my kind; strong, determined, not taking any shit from bullies, not whining or clinging. the boy was sure about his feelings and stopped dodging it soon enough. I loved the way he was dedicated to her and took care of her (except in the last few episodes of misunderstanding that didn't last long). And the best part was the chemistry. It was no joke. They were sticking to each other like glue. Sun Yi Ning is fantastic, She is so good in reciprocating, in fact I felt she made GF really comfortable so as to deliver such kinda chemistry. All in all, a cute drama with cute leads and perfect chemistry.
I just saw the trailer for the first time. It's a Citizen Kane as in Ken's home production. I think they are some sorta endorsing and advancing Toey by casting her in this. I always thought Toey is an absolute delight to watch. She is adorable, and a brilliant and versatile actress, however really underrated. So, even though I am not completely crazy about the pairing, I am glad that it happened this way. I hope she gets more substantial roles in big lakorns from here on. Ken is doing an amazing thing. I think the stars of his stature should help the newcomers and the underrated gems. That's why Ken is everything and a real bae<3
Can't thank Neko enough for subbing. Tq, tq, tq...
Btw, did Kenny boo age down for this one! He looks soooo delish! But then when does he not! And that smile! Ahh... God help me!
While everyone is raving about this one, I'd dare to say something different here. The chemistry in this is way better than the Korean version (since Korean one didn't have any), and also the cute and romantic scenes were amazing. Nevertheless, I liked the Korean story better. In the Thai version they made the girl even more masochistic and I am sorry to say that no amount of sweet romance is gonna mask it for me. In the Korean version, after taking crap from the guy for so many episodes the girl in the end gave him the taste of his own medicine, and I loved it. Whereas here he just left without saying anything and then made a video about how much he loved her. Seriously! And she again went running to him. He was not made to wait like he did with her, neither did he apologise properly for being a douche (it even had more episodes than the original one). Therefore, I do not agree with the ending and can't rewatch it ever again. Mr. Whishy-whashy should've gotten at least some kind of uncertainty from the girl. As Lemon told Wade regarding Zoey in Hart of Dixie, 'If you made a mistake then apologize, beg, grovel and then beg some more' (something like that, it's been a while).
This show gave me Mike and Aom though. I love them both and liked Kiss Me more than Playfull Kiss. I try to watch all of their Lakorns, if subs available.
New subbing project ^^ Despite a lot that doesn't like the pairing. I might be the odd one who think that this…
God Bless You Neko for subbing this! I thought no-one would be picking this one up. About the pairing though, I die for Ken and Toey is a bucket of adorable, but their pairing is a bit... umm...! But I'd watch anyway (thank you again) since I can watch Ken even just chewing gum for as many episodes they make<3 Also I think he should do Hollywood movies too.
I am at episode 4. This one's giving me a Shopping King Louis vibe. NJH taking care of a lost amnesiac rich boy. Her accent here seems a bit similar to that of SKL too.
15 is subbed already and maybe 16 by tomorrow I had to watch raw couldnt wait
I have such a bad hangover. It happened once before with Hwayugi. I stopped watching kdramas at all for a month or so since I couldn't move on and nothing else was giving me the same satisfaction. I hope I can find something to get over this one.
At the scene in the last episode, near the memory fountain, when she said, 'i am ki beum. Nice to meet you ma seung sshi', I cried a river. Miss you maseung's kibeum!
The bad part: Someone was on uncut crack while making it. They took an interesting idea for a story(I love amnesia trope) and shoved 15 other sub plots into it and then ruined them all. None of the tracks are properly handled. It was worse than 'in time'. I didn't think it was possible.
Good part: Cjh and Song, what else! Oh... and I loved Hoya too. The casting director made a smart choice. I didn't give a crap about what's going around the main couple as long as they were together. Loved every moment of their screen time. The chemistry seemed real, not acting. Chj is just perfect. That man is without a flaw. His acting is so on point all the time. I kinda think that some of the moments like the ice cream kiss and some other scenes were ad-libs. At least they felt that way. Song Ha should get more lead roles. Why was she doing supporting roles anyway! She's beautiful, talented and that girl's singing voice was a real great surprise. The big brown eyes are so gorgeous. I love Hoya since reply 97. He is a good actor and versatile too. I had seen him shy n sensitive (reply), brooding (mask) and cute (2 cops). "Half-wit odd ball" was something new and I loved it. But then again the scene I was waiting for, Hoya's first drama-kiss was ruined by the director. I mean how dare you zoom out at the wrong time! You are already making a shitty drama with nothing good in it besides the main couple and then you do this. I liked ma sung's assistant and ki beum's family too. Some good acting there.
I will re-watch it many more times just because of CJH and SHY. This is the most romantic and passionate i have ever seen CJH. So this one's a keeper for me in spite of all the stupidity.

Started it yesterday hoping that 16 would be subbed till I get there or would watch raw. Couldn't wait anymore. So glad that it's subbed now. What a relief!
I doubt it's never gonna get subbed but I'm not sure when someone's gonna do it! I hope soon cuz I was thinking…
I thought I'll start after episode 16 gets subbed. But I don't think I can hold off anymore. Even meditating isn't helping with the impatience. I'll start already. Hope 16 gets subbed before I get to it.

oops! my bad! I just saw the "never gonna get subbed" and then assumed the rest of the line out of insanity. Sorry, waiting for subs has got to my head :) Hope it gets subbed sooner or I will probably go full on nuts XD
I am not gonna spoil it for you. I hope you can watch till the end and like it. Have a fun ride!

Every time CJH smiles I forget to breath. God, I love that man!
What are you gonna watch next? I will need something good to deal with the hangover. I will be now waiting for beauty inside.
