Ok. I am gonna confess something. I didn't recognize Zhang Ling He in the poster bc I have never seen him in a contemporary drama so i didn't know how he looks with short hair.
Lemme help.So parallel dimensions exist.Cir, from dimension X went into dimension Y Cir's body and saw him and…
This sounds super complex to my mathematically challenged brain but also super interesting. Not the not going about normal people way and starting the relationship as Cir himself but the multiple universe concept and ZCir coming to dimension X and the rest.

I watched Goodbye my princess 3 times just for the ending. And the fantastic acting, of course. One and only is just heartbreakingly beautiful. I like the original title more, Beautiful Bones. Just makes the story so much more poetic. And both my fave actors in that too. Haven't watched the rest of the shows yet.

Same. I prefer sad endings too. They make the love story more memorable. But I just watched Liu Yu Ning die in another c-drama. So, giving it a bit time.

Thank you for the recommendations.
Actually, I have been watching C-dramas/movies for 12 years now and have seen all kinds of them. For the most part of the initial years I watched and enjoyed everything indiscriminately. Lately, for the past 3-4 years I have become more selective about these. I can't enjoy a lot of things which didn't bother me before.
You are right, C-dramas do better in costume stories. But in those also I have become a bit picky.
I haven't yet tried The First Frost or Best Thing, but I have seen Go Ahead. Couldn't finish Hidden Love despite Lusi being one of my favorites in C-drama. I have seen almost all of her dramas. It was love at first sight with her when I saw her in I Hear You. I keep putting off Pearl Girl because of the ... Have you watched it yet? I am not gonna spoil if you haven't. It's a different reason that I haven't started it yet and the reason is a spoiler.
Of the latest C-dramas I watched my favorites are Meet yourself and Blossom. And now this.
Btw, what show in your profile picture?
