It was a bit difficult to get through episode 1 but i did it anyway for Li Yun Rui after putting it on hold, 5 times. But then it got a bit easy. But it's again hard now at episode 10. Lu Xing Yan (it's not you, Yun Rui sweety, it's him) needs to grow up first to have a gf like Xing Ruo and she should not go back to an immature man like him. After what ridiculous unprofessional behavior he pulled in the reality show, she is going to him to say sorry and coddle him. Don't like the sml either. He's immature too. Xing Ruo deserves better.

Oh, what a pain this type of mls are! I miss my Song Mo.

Yes, what makes it the truest bl is not giving any of its bl characters a happy ending, especially the fat gay uncle who definitely didn't deserve any other capacity or screentime in this show other than that of a supportive gay uncle. And yes, also being fake boyfriends or girlfriends in a homophobic country instead of pretending to be straight is the real thing, saying this as an Asian.

Ah. Yes. Simplicity. The most underrated factor in storytelling. I can be into a overbearing ceo and Cinderella lovestory trope with a somewhat ridiculous or easily resolving side plot of villains and mysteries as long as the story doesn't go about in a cyclic track resetting all the character and relationship development to zero. You know the last 2 episodes where in the first Sa eon is lamenting the missed opportunity of him not telling Hui joo the truth about him loving her all along and in the next episode hui joo doing the same, i consider that lack of story to tell and so recycling the same plot and not some kind of poetic storytelling. Just my opinion.

The last episode was a joke, of course, and still managed to infuriate me. I was not gonna write anything about the show cos in spite of being a drama queen with not very good writing I was enjoying it after letting go of the fact that BSE is that kind of an ml who leaves the fl hanging, dry, sad and lonely for 3 years only to hostilely cling to her owing all this behavior to having been protecting her. And Hee Joo had never received love in her life, so this works for her. And I am ok too bc the acting is good the show is entertaining and the chemi is cheming like fire.

But then dude feels guilty for what his father did to her step sibling and leaves her again, hanging, dry, sad, lonely, uninformed and this time madly in love with him and expecting him to come back, until he thinks he punished himself enough and forgives himself, while sending message through her sister that hee joo should forget him bc he's never coming back. Girl, run. But then I am sure if she runs, he will find her and convince her that all this is for her sake and how much he loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Taking decisions for her without asking her, what a daddy! Not in a sexy way. Terrible writing. The first part of him was acting like a tsunder which i can get by with sometimes in this type of a show but the second part was him being a jerk bc the writers didn't know how to fill the episode runtime and refused to show them together for the chunky part. Hence was also the bizarre Argan plot.

But I am glad that the show is doing so well and receiving so much love bc i love both Yeon Seok and Soo Bin. They did an excellent job. No surprise there.

Love how Linxi assumes that Ji Jun Xing is the son of the family who got her brother's heart. But besides that, really love how cute the actors are and how well their acting is.

I have finally started watching and it hurt me to see that Baek Sa Eon's Samsung phone or note whatever that was alright after charge even when the whole battery was drained and my Samsung tablet's battery just died when I accidently let the whole battery drain just once. 😭😭😭

Haha. Yes, the BL that deserves a shrine, 2Gether. Another one is Dangerous Romance. It was dangerously awkward to me. Not as cult-campaigned as 2gether. And sure, cute shows are realistic since we are so cute and platonic in love in real life too. We don't even sniff our partners' cheeks, we are so chaste. We pray and laugh together. That's all of it.

Hope things become all right for you soon. I have been having a difficult time in my family too for the last 4 years. When it started, I pulled myself out of everything but then my mental health started to take a toll on me. So i got back into a few things to distract myself. It's still going unsteady, my personal life, but after a long time of pain in a body part you slowly start to get used to it, I think.

About the kissing part, I always feel so uncomfortable watching closed-lip/fish kisses, they feel either sexually non-consensual or that the actors are scared that the other person is secretly a dementor. And it takes me out of the whole romantic or whatever experience they are trying to create. But if you highlight this anywhere, you'd be branded as a perv. Just love that.

I love my babies Song Mo and Dou Zhao and will be watching 100s of their fmvs on YT henceforth, but Song Han is my favorite character in terms of writing. The only character in the bad people I felt bad for on his comeuppance.

He is also ironically the stupidest character. Ruined the people he was trying to protect too.
