It's not something uncommon in the drama/TV industry. Everything really depends on the filming schedule and the director's ability to juggle those projects. And you need to understand that usually a director will have at least 1-2 ADs (assistant directors) on set, and production is about teamwork. I myself work in TV production and used to manage 3-4 projects back-to-back with the same director.

Now, with the high-quality work he produced and the success of TLP, he's in hot demand in the GL industry now. I've personally followed his work for some time, and his direction almost never disappoints.

At this point, it seems pretty unlikely since both Christine and Mae's contracts with Kantana have come to an end. Christine is now focusing on her modeling career while Mae is staying under the radar without any updates on acting gigs. But who knows... maybe someday.

Although each story is pretty much standalone, every Watinwanit member is featured in all the books, and it'll be quite confusing if you don't read them in order, especially when it involves their partners.

They didn't state where Thicha was from; it could be any neighboring country. And the language spoken is actually a made-up language based on pronunciation methods of SEA languages combined. It's to avoid controversy, as the issue highlighted in the series is quite sensitive.
I get that not everyone can afford to buy, and why buy if we can get things for free, right? But by buying from the legal source, it'll help the author and translator receive fair compensation for their hard work, supporting them to continue writing and publishing. I've chatted with some GL authors on X and Meb, and theyβve shared the challenges they face in getting their work recognized, much less having the opportunity for series adaptations.
I totally get the excitement to read all the GL books, especially with so many books being adapted into series, but if you're a true GL fan, buying the book is a way to help the GL scene progress even better in the future. π
