Nope, it's because of World Athletics (that has always been televised by TBS) that started the week after episode 8, and just ended earlier today. Was held in Tokyo too so of course they're going all out this time: https://www.tbs.co.jp/seriku/
can someone tell me the difference between the movie version?
Adapting the rest of the original manga where they start focusing on Emika and Kanato's relationship by the second half of the manga + more of Kota's POV
I don't think they've said this before, but the movie actually has Sahoko in college so she's not a minor in here unlike the manga where she's still in high school (The love letter incident happened when she was in middle school)
Ok call me バカ but can someone explain the ending to me? Did nino ended up in yet another loop (now in the…
I guess it depends on how you think it'll be like. 100% open ending lol As someone who's kind of an optimist I DO hope he actually managed to get out but with how the ending's vibe gave off, I think he must've gotten stuck again in the loop.. The pauses in the scenes after he got out of the 8th exit made me think it was done on purpose to mean something bad tbh. He did take off one of his airpods on the ending though unlike before where he put it on back instantly, so that probably means something... but since it ended before anything happened, i guess they're letting us believe what we want it to be
Damn the last half of the final episode made me go on a whole rollercoaster of emotions.. 😭I feel like they…
to sum up my feelings without spoilers: this drama was great overall, but the finale felt too rushed as i didn't felt they got full closure by the end, i think they got forced to cut a lot of scenes off 🥲 i lowkey prefer the first arc but i love yakumo's character a lot too
Damn the last half of the final episode made me go on a whole rollercoaster of emotions.. 😭 I feel like they deserved a slightly longer duration, I didn't felt like I got 100% closure lol 🥲
ANYWAYS WE SHOULD ALL REJOICE THAT TSUKUE GOT TO PROPOSE TO KANADE BY THE END OF THE DRAMA!!!
I still think they didn't deserve the 8 episode treatment when Sunday Theater usually has 10 episodes 😭 (Before anyone comes at them, it's because of World Athletics getting aired) This drama is so beautiful.. I love the way they send the message of the story to us and how they still stay realistic and not 100% idealistic despite everything, yet making us still be able to be optimistic in any way <3 I need a sequel so bad, this still feels like a prologue to introduce the characters and I need more scenes of the doctors working together for season 2 lol.
Have submitted a request to have the dates fixed, as it' still airing.
MDL follows the original TV airing in Japan in TBS. MDL also usually allows edits if they have a source so the info about it ending on the 7th definitely didn't come from nowhere lol
Anyways, about the 2 weeks late distribution, JP primetime dramas are always filmed alongside their TV airing, and to have an episode get added to Netflix you need to send it to them 2 weeks in advance according to scriptwriter Nogi Akiko, probably because they need to work on the subtitles: [https://x.com/nog_ak/status/1860624203353030743?t=r5lhvEt19qJg-AIVWW5h5A&s=19] Considering this, it's not surprising the JP dramas that come to Netflix take 2 weeks to get released overseas, as they probably have the same reason.
Watching this kinda makes me pissed off because every episode Kurata gets super mad at Tsubasa 😅 (Watching this with Indonesian subs before anyone asks)
Lol why is there a picture of Bassa (Honda Tsubasa) in episode 3? Is it because she's the lead of the drama airing…
OHHH yeah guess it was, i commented before niitani mentioned it LMAO. I guess Shiratori Mai is supposed to be Shiraishi Mai, who's also in a Fuji drama this season (Saigo no Kanteinin)
