Does anyone know where the scenes from ep 22 were filmed? The stairs were on the side of the cliff, the waterfall? It was when they were on the Island and met Mo Li.

Maybe you can help me solve these riddles. I have two questions. 1) When ShenLi tells her Master, Demon Lord, I have lost two people I shouldn't, I know one is def XingZhi. Is the second FengLai or MoFang? She had said she would not forgive MoFang, but as the Abyss is collapsing, we see MoFang in his kneeling position again. 2) When XingZhi and ShenLi are kissing on the bridge in ep. 39, he redeems his two wishes. The first is that she pick grapes for him every year. The second wish will take a long time. What is the second wish?

I gotta say I am loving this OST, listening on Spotify while I do my computer work. This is one of the Best OST's I have heard in a long time. Such a delightful match when they are teasing, and when Shen Li enters the battlefield. I like the ohm chants as deep as a didgeridoo and the Middle-Eastern pipes. I also want to say that I really love Shen Li's costumes. I have rewatched this drama so many times now, I have lost count. Honestly. I leave it to start and new cdrama and end up dropping the new one. I just cannot hold my interest. I would rather rewatch LoS than finish the new drama. Sigh. I was this way after I saw Love Like the Galaxy, which I still rewatch. I was able to go watch Princess Agents, though- Soooo glad I did. And now I am beginning to watch Lin Genxing's other projects. I enjoyed this drama. I checked it out because of Namgoong Min. I didn't like the older sister's character- just saying. Did anyone else notice the similarity in the melody between one of the theme songs in the OST, that was played frequently, and Meghan Trainor's song, Lips are Moving?

I am just guessing but I suspect that Ruo Lai is going to divert to communism later in the episodes based on this statement in the details "A chance encounter with Shen Jin Zhen leads him to make different choices." We know Jin Zhen is a communist party member, thus I assume she she persuade him to choose her path. The authors have certainly laid out the base philosophical, passionate, premises of both groups at the onset (Kuomintang and communist). The authors have also included the idealistic views as well as the practical reasons why the opponents doubt their opponents. I do not usually like to watch Republican Era or Sino-Japanese war cdramas, and I fast forward through propaganda segments. I only came to watch this drama because I have been enjoying The Legend of ShenLi and read that War of Faith had even higher ratings. I had to see what the attraction was. It is good acting, production, and story qualities.

I love this drama. After I watched Mysterious Lotus Casebook, I watched Love and Redemption, Immortal Samsara, and Ashes of Love. Here's my question: I notice that these epic, excellent dramas have almost ensemble casts. The same groups of actors appear together in different dramas. Why is this? Are they geographically local to a production company? Does their management company have a connection to a production company? Help me understand. Thanks.

What is the significance of Luo Bin's riding his motorcycle to the top of the hill and sitting alone overlooking the night city?
I was pleased that Dai Xi was able to convince the wife/ decision maker of Ke Dong to sign with the firm. I am confused, though, and maybe you can clarify the story line for me. Dai Xi wrote in her note to Luo Bin that she was going to complete her degree. Then we see Dai Xi and Luo Bin smiling and walking together. What has happened? Is Dai Xi doing both- finishing her degree AND still working at the firm? Are we to assume she finished the degree and is back at the firm?

Love YD but she doesn't look pregnant. In ep 20, she should be close to 4 mos. We started the story at 6wks along, we heard she passed 8 wks, but she is still wearing tight jeans. I should be patient. We're not halfway through the drama, maybe there'll be progressive pillows underneath to come.

Do they ever make a version with those censored parts restored? Like a Director's cut?
