Ofc it is spoilers so maybe it is wrong but if they want a season 2 they probably can't put a lips to lips kiss like this. Due to censor their love feelings will not be confirmed but since episodes 15-16 it is quite obvious

real kiss = kiss like in real life (could be lips to lips or not) =/= love kiss lips to lips. This difference exists because some thaï BL have fake kiss with no movement just put lips on lips and do nothing like statute (it is awfull to see btw)
