It took me almost an hour and a half to finish ep3 because I kept replaying the interactions between Pat and Pran. They are just so much fun to watch. And unlike the competitiveness between their respective families and friends, their competitiveness with each other is just so wholesome. I really like how playful they are with each other.
Also, more scenes of Pran being all smitten over Pat please. It just might be my new favorite thing.
It said this aired already. Is that a mistake? I would imagine people would be posting about it here if it weren't.
It is. This was originally supposed to air before the movie, and I'm guessing that since its release date hasn't been revealed yet, the dates haven't been updated.
It probably doesn't mean anything, but I think it's interesting that in the first ep. we have three different instances in which Pat covers Pran's mouth with his hand and shushes him, while in the poster it's the opposite.
hmm Akkun's name wont fit after the heart :D if you check the eraser on ep1, it was used in the part of before…
Ohhhh!!! That's actually really clever, and makes a lot more sense. So I was right about who her crush was on, wrong on how the misunderstanding came about. Cute!! Can't wait to see how they clear things up!

Oh! I was actually thinking it was Aoki's name after the heart. And then Akkun's name was written on her 2nd eraser. I just rewatched the scene, and the eraser really looks like it was cut to me? I'm probably wrong about Aoki's name being there, but I still think Hashimoto's crush is on Akkun and not Ida. When she talked about being unable to talk normally to her crush and later being able to talk to him a little thanks to Aoki, she had just talked to both Akkun and Ida.
Since I've seen a number of comments by persons that have read the manga talking about a twist, here's my take. I think Hashimoto actually has a crush on Akkun, not Ida (see: the little peek she sneaks at Akkun right before he takes the group selfie). She also mentioned having 2 erasers, so I think she wrote Akkun's name on the other and then thought she had lent that one to Aoki. The eraser she actually lent Aoki was cut, and it was written in such a way that another name could have been written after the heart.
I request that readers of the manga neither confirm nor contradict my thoughts, as I don't want to be spoiled and just wanted to share my observations. Thank you kindly. :D
Ok, but am I supposed to think that Ashin experimented on her family/friends until she was able to find out how to turn them into zombies? Because that's pretty macabre. Also how did she know to chain them? Or, assuming she started putting chains on them after the first one turned, how was she even able to do it on the first one?
Please double check before buying a ticket, as this is for Philippine screenings only. And unless you know Filipino, having a VPN won't help as I believe there are currently no English subtitles for it. I hope they make more international screenings avail soon, but I'm guessing we'll have to wait a little longer as they plan to release it in theaters in some countries.
Daon did tell Shinwoo in episode 13? Shinwoo then said Taekyung needs closure. Although he only said it once unlike…
Oh right, that happened. Before I posted my comment, I scanned ep. 14 just to check whether I had forgotten that they talked. Turns out I should have checked ep. 13 as well. Heh. That scene was confusing for me though. I couldn't tell whether Shinwoo's comment of Taekyung's need for closure was him misunderstanding Daon's intent, or if that was his way of telling Daon to back off once they (Daon and Taekyung) talked.
Da-on not talking to Shin-woo about how he changed his mind about pursuing Taekyung was a bit of a dick move, honestly. I mean, I don't blame him for going for Taekyung as I believe he deserves happiness as much as all the other characters, but Da-on and Shin-woo are supposedly friends. He could have given him a heads up, maybe? (And then maybe that scene with all of them walking in the hallway together wouldn't have happened, because a-w-k-ward).
I also felt a tad bit uncomfortable with how Shin-woo was a bit controlling (?) this episode. I think mostly because I don't see Taekyung returning his feelings, so I felt embarrassed for him. At this point I feel quite ambivalent with a Shin-woo and Taekyung endgame, because the love feels very one-sided. Will one ep be enough to change my mind? Guess I'll find out on Thursday.
I just finished episode 44, and the scene in which Tang Fan, Sui Zhou, Wang Zhi and Ding Rong sit around a table and try to figure out how Li Zilong got all the extra Abundant Waves has left me so confused. Didn't TF figure out a few episodes ago that the number of Abundant Waves they found didn't match the amount of materials that were bought, and they had only had half of them on hand? How did they all forget that?
I am enjoying the show so far though, and I live for Wang Zhi's smug little smiles.

It's been a week since I've finished this show, but this line still haunts me.
