Not every drama needs to be inspiring, sometimes just having fun watching a drama is enough. The "inspiring" part of this drama is their friendship not the fact that they can drink 30 bottles of soju ;) Also, you would be so surprised how much this drama focuses on women struggles. Lgbtq topic, misogyny, womens place in society, sorrow and depression... this drama has surprising depth past the episode 4 and 30 second trailer simply cannot give you a taste of whole drama. i believe that as long as you watch this drama with constructive mindset, it cant do you any harm. to be honest, i must admit that yes, they would be alcolics in real life. They do drink a lot in this drama and i understand why you can have issues with it - alcoholism in real life is not funny and shouldnt be encouraged. There are other aspects and storylines in this drama but in the end it always ends with a glass of soju. There are also /some/ negative consequences (of drinking alcohol exploerd in the drama) but not enough. Imo, the earlier episodes are suffuciently absurd comedy based so it shows that their drinking is exaggerated for the purpose of tv entertainment but that would be up to your assessment :)

unfortunately, i havent seen any of her other dramas, maybe some other commenter will know how to answer you. I kinda see where you are coming from though. Her character in this drama didnt seem annoying to me (although i did like the other leads a bit more than her character) and i checked trailers for her projects you mentioned and seems like the type of character she plays in WLDN is different enough (i could be wrong, though!). her character here isnt the type of strong(ly) annoying woman ;) unless you really dislike LSB (which... i can understand, i too, have some actresess i simply cant stand) i suggest giving this a try - in first episode she appears only for a while so you can get a taste of the drama without her pesky acting ;) altough she is the main lead of the drama
