huh this was it? were the last 4 episodes written by the same people who wrote the first 8 episodes?? cause it feels like they werent... they were setting up the grandfather storyline for so long and then they didnt tie it up properly. nevertheless - very fun drama with great chemistry and charming comedy in the first half. it was 10/10 drama until it was only 9/10

but i feel every year their are 1-2 dramas which they release like rom com and uncomplicated story for example…
is one or two enough? i feel like in 2014-2017 every channel had at least one enjoyable big-ish romcom then the amount of good/interesting romcoms started to be smaller and smaller
i wonder if the success of Business Proposal will have any impact on upcoming season of dramas. hopefully, the channels will feel enticed to create some nice romcoms, the dramaworld has felt so heavy lately
whew im glad this was resolved by the end of the episode. i was internally preparing myself for angsty/misunderstandings-filled ep 8 but thankfully both couples had the kiss. im actually very happy with TaeMoos love declaration (he felt like a sensible mand for a while?) and also --- HaRi initiating the kiss! :O

Contrary to your opinion, i think most people who rate this drama so high are long time kdrama watchers who started watching k-romcoms around 2010s and this drama reminds us the cringy cliche and fun (but still somewhat upgraded to todays standards) energy of those years - at least thats what ive gathered from this comment section

Marriage, Not Dating - fake dating romcom - i found it very fun back it the days, not sure if it aged well but i have very fond memory of this drama Suspicious Partner - hear me out - it is not same/similar story but the director is the same as Business Proposal and his presence can be felt in both dramas. Grandpa's actor is playing funny older rich grandpa again, AND Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun couple are so cute together :O. its really my guilty pleasure drama...
