with I.O.I. having some anniversary activities (10 years!! crazy!!!!!!!) i just want to say to anyone who is wondering if its worth watching this season (despite this being 10 years old, rigged and stressful).. yes it is, this is the superior season. every "storyline", every "plot twist", every "shakeup" in your favourite survival show dates back to this. you will witness history by watching this season haha
im glad that we have reached the era where (mostly western) production is not scared to adapt manga/anime IP in all its goofy zany quirkiness. granted the biggest reason for this is probably because Oda could pay this out of his pocket, if it fails. But as long as it keeps getting this level of love from production, how can it fail? the casting was excellent and i loved especially the first two episodes
while it was a good watch, i cant believe people didnt give more flak to the director and scriptwriter for the queerbait we had to witness for SIXTEEN HOURS

I refuse to feel guilty about enjoying "bad" stories. But i do wish i had capacity to watch more "high quality" dramas... but my brain is just too deepfried after my 9-5 job to seek more complex things. It is what it is, i guess i just have to watch questionable relationships and yap about those here haha
this was so silly i couldnt stop laughing. not even comedy skits in REAL comedy dramas made me laugh as much as absurd situations that transpired in this drama (and no, i dont mean the mpreg, i mean everything ELSE 🤣🤣🤣🤣)
i feel like this drama is getting too much hate for what it is. like... if you are not familiar with source manhwa, Heesu in Class 2 drama almost works. There are good points, like nice ost, good acting, nice camera, i enjoyed the overall gentle atmosphere and astronomy theme troughout the drama.... but at the same time, it feels like it is too long and too short at the same time, the space given to Chan Yeong x Ji Yu couple is indeed too big, characters are sometimes too annoying, and the last episode is disappointing (the drama almost got better in the 2nd half until it didnt) so.. yeah. in a BL OR coming of age genres, there are many more worse titles than Heesu in Class 2 but also many more much better titles
Not gonna lie, I put off starting this drama for a long time. I should have watched it much sooner, whatever were my reasons to not watch it, i stand corrected. It was great, Chemistry between Lu Si and Yang Yang was great throughout the drama and their characters and schemes were so enjoyable to watch.
hated this movie. admittedly, visually it is a great movie (loved the locations and camera. really the technical side of the movie is great) and the themes it portrays are valid but fuuuck it. i really hated it. i felt like a hostage in the cinema. a story about mans ego that tries to be like Parasite to appeal western audiences (which worked, i guess) but without its substance. too long, too pointless. pretentious, maybe. it lost itself and its charm halfway through the movie. i felt like i have seen this exact movie at least three times already. also.... lets stop calling movies with one or two funny scenes a "comedy" (even if its "black"), i beg youuu ðŸ˜
