i had a good time watching this and i enjoyed the musical numbers but despite the story being literally the same it somewhat lacked the spark that made Sunny (2011) so special in my eyes

no, i just have different views on this than Aramintai and i dont feel like it is necessary for me or the other person to go into lenghty discussion about this drama since none of us is going to change our opinion. it is not necessary to spend time on this.

there were so many people who hated No Go Jin so. fucking. much. it makes you really wonder just how big of a jerk (and for how long) he really was. you cant blame his shitty pre-accident personality that made him so hated for a thing that happened 12-fucking-years ago. jesus i'm so annoyed

the comedy in the first half of the drama was kinda good though. i was entertained.

i suppose for me it will be a mix of all the reasons you mentioned haha. curious how even though when shows are preproduced nowadays, it doesnt bring the improvement i would have expected. i remember how few years back i was thingking "oh how i wish more shows were preproduced" :D

ive never been a drama rewatcher until l suddenly was. i feel like in past two years new drama productions just haven been giving me what i want and so i started going back to my trusted faves - because this is my first life, reply 1997, suspicious partner, legent of yun xi, many of my favourite 1-episode drama specials. some titles i just rewatch partially, only fave parts but some shows is BINGE from start to finish with no skipping hahahahah

oooh this was very lovely! I was a bit worried where the story might go (i still have PTSD from all the full lenght dramas set in this era) but the ending was so sweet :))

the 5-minute ONA for this was cute but the story just doesnt work as a liveaction with a what 50 minute long episodes hahaha

i guess the company is really desperate for the money :D .... i'm torn - i like the story set up of LOYX so i would totally watch a drama that is similar but a straight up reboot... hm... as a ZZH fan i feel bad about that :O. i'll wait to see how will this develop further

listen... this drama had issues with production and plot... but if you loved Ju Jing Yi and Zhang Zhe Han in Legend of Yun Xi, then Blooms at Ruyi Pav bring so many great scenes of this couple so it is worth watching solely for this reason. objectively, it is not very good drama (like... 7/10 at best for me), but from a viewpoint of a fan of JJY-ZZH duo, it was very very enjoyable (so it was 8,5/10 in the end for me)

i keep going back to this drama. despite numerous faults of this show, i just love the main couple so much

im sorry but Chu Sangwoo was such an annoying character and i hated watching story with main lead like him :l
