I know her and that drama is one of my fave modern Cdramas :') still rewatch at times...

35?!?!?! ughh They are always so 'serıous' about losing weight for roles BUT I never see any female or male celeb gain weight for a role they play... Im not talkıng about some actors getting muscle weight here though. Im talking about when their characters are a lil bit on chubby side with nerdy looks these celebs never really try to gain weight -_-...
I wont give names here because I know how much fanatics some these famous celebs have BUT I have read & watch some bts vids/interviews about roles where celebs talked ''how uncomfortable she was while eating and she was so FAT while filming that role'' she was turned model ınto actress and while she was sayıng this she was still 40-42kg while being quite tall!
& then I still remember an actor talkıng how uncomfortable he feels whenever his weight pass over 40kg...

I know! He is one of my faves since 'Fox in the Screen (2017)' days. Amazing acting with his eyes and mimics. He was alwasy a slim guy but it was more on healthy side in past. Slowly with every drama update to this day he lost more and more weight whenever I thought it not possible to lose anymore than current look... Its quite concerning and everyone esp fans acts like its alright thing and nothing is a miss about whole situation!
I feel sorry for the younger generation living in these countries because it must be hard to keep up with abnormal social standards like this :/

They edit her body & head proportions like their fave manhwa characters! They are like the way you said :/ longer legs, very thin top body & small head with a triangle chin...

I know right... Cent and their standarts are also same maybe even more scary and strict. Watching 'most' modern Cdramas are quite uncomfortable for me because of their underweight female & male leads. Its definitely triggering for anyone who had weight related issues in younger days...

OH MY MIND! I NEVER KNEW THIS EXISTED UNTIL NOW?!WHERE THE HECK I WAS X'D probably a less deserving yet popular series's pages... anyway Cant wait to binge this but I need to find right time for it first... I take a look and its so rare to like it so much only from look at first eps! I actually feel scared to binge too because what if I finish it fast and will be in need of another drama like this OR maybe script writer ruin the serie in second half of last 5 eps... YET I still want to watch it all at once so much too xD the struggle is real!

I thought same with you! I used to search the name of drama in weibo posts and saw that they cut lots of parts in between that why her family's scenes felt abrupt esp the way they ended... Also the way it was edited made me angry at parts because I really end up caring for these two characters and the way casting portray them felt so real :')

Recent updates on Kim Jiwon's character with those clothes/combines *_* I LOVE ITT Looks like not only her character but also her fashion sense is quite eccentric<3

Almost forgot about this until I saw the recent 14feb photo update! wahhh styling looks great in this and its going to be a nice change to watch mature casting in a costume serie *-*

This was and still 'is' one of a kind... I feel old with every rewatch and already memorized lines of side characters I must be sick x'D Writing,casting,musics, effects,acting everything was so original even tho they worked up same cliches we always watch!
This drama & Welcome to waikiki season 1 isthe only Kdramas I cant forget or move on after so many rewatch and years. Its like if they send me to an island and tell me u can only watch 2 kdramas I would pick these two xD...

Its been a while since I watched this but I already rewatched some parts of it for 2 times. At first I watch I didnt really felt ''woww I love them' but while watching they grew on me. Not only leads' story but also secondary couple and their individual story<3
Anyway Im rewatching again but this time its only for 2 eps where lead girl made that radio show with lead guy when he wasnt even there XD
I SIMPLY CANT GET OVER HOW UNIQUE WAS THAT PART!
Lol its never not funny even though I know whats gonna happen kkkk IF ONLY most lead girls in dramas were like her...

Im quite excited for this one *-*

I started this because l love costume dramas, Luo Yun Xi, Chen Yu Qi & Zou Ting Wei I cont. watching & completed it for same reasons.
I dont regret wasting my time on it because of the reasons above and Im glad I watched my faves with such beautiful costumes on pretty filming sets<3
BUT If you dont have same reasons with me be careful especially the second half of serie!
Second lead girl & third lead boy character totally changed from novel and they were so cheap, so shameless that I skıpped most of their parts... Im afraid If I were in need of a worth to watch story & writing this isnt it!
edit: l also started reading novel at same time and its not any better than script ughh.

This was wonderful :') Its so very rare to find a Modern Cdrama which has slice of life & romance genre bending together so nicely like this one!
This is how you write a script and chose great cast for it. They didnt even promote it for 1/3 of what 'famous' dramas did with all internet shows! Bidding and all that stupıd matters serıously...

oh boy I just love how deep WZW's acting got after having a baby by herself and cont to her career after a while... She definitely had some hardshıps and got mature afterwards because her acting with this kind of mature/slice of life scripts feels a lot more natural in recent series.Even tho her acting with emotional break down scenes were always good!

And chemistry here is just *chef's kiss. Not only between lead girl & boy BUT also lead girl and auntie's chemistry rocks! I LOVE IT<3
After last episode I felt like bidding farewell to old childhood friends I meet after a long time? Yeah thats exactly how I felt :') I wasnt willing but I had to cause it ended. It ended on such a lovely and hopeful mood too I wanted to see and witness more of all 3 lead's life...

Yeah I know and really Im not judging story itself or any characters or any casting. Its just the producing team...
I will still watch it l always love checking costume dramas anyway *-* cant have enough of them!

The way there was only such a short glimpse of lead girl in trailer like 0.6second I dont hope much from their acting. Also the way LiYi tong pulled back before her explains a lot. Still will watch but I wish the production team can be fair people u know...
