This was wonderful :') Its so very rare to find a Modern Cdrama which has slice of life & romance genre bending together so nicely like this one! This is how you write a script and chose great cast for it. They didnt even promote it for 1/3 of what 'famous' dramas did with all internet shows! Bidding and all that stupıd matters serıously...
oh boy I just love how deep WZW's acting got after having a baby by herself and cont to her career after a while... She definitely had some hardshıps and got mature afterwards because her acting with this kind of mature/slice of life scripts feels a lot more natural in recent series.Even tho her acting with emotional break down scenes were always good!
And chemistry here is just *chef's kiss. Not only between lead girl & boy BUT also lead girl and auntie's chemistry rocks! I LOVE IT<3 After last episode I felt like bidding farewell to old childhood friends I meet after a long time? Yeah thats exactly how I felt :') I wasnt willing but I had to cause it ended. It ended on such a lovely and hopeful mood too I wanted to see and witness more of all 3 lead's life...
Don't judge by a short trailer bcs there were a lot of scenes of female lead but actually its main focus on fighting…

The way there was only such a short glimpse of lead girl in trailer like 0.6second I dont hope much from their acting. Also the way LiYi tong pulled back before her explains a lot. Still will watch but I wish the production team can be fair people u know...
This guy deserves so much more lead roles in longer duration costume dramas but doessnt get the offers I think? I dont mind him taking shorter drama roles instead of waiting without any roles! Its just makes me sad and bitter because his acting deserves much more recognition than some more ''popular'' actors out there...

You are welcome. Yeah it sounds pretty similar to some other costume dramas but I felt a lil bit more hopeful because lead character will be the female one I think. IF they film her first life longer than her second life, then we will be able to watch a strong female where she ends up dead/sleeping for centuries while saving people/country. I would love to watch this character of hers longer but usually they dont show this kind of prevıous strong lives of female characters much :/ only flashbacks. IF they only film her second life where she is easy going about life & clumsy silly but will give us flashbacks from her first life that would be more boring to me... I will still check it once its done because I have a thing for costume Cdramas though ^_^;

The article is magnificent. There is still humor in the graceful atmosphere. The level of expression of the characters needs to be more substantial. If they are simply independent and individual, they cannot be considered flesh-and-blood characters. The author still needs to work harder in this regard.

Its so relatable how he says the last bit! Same goes for me... I used to lose and gain so fast and easily in my 20s but now in 30s its so easy to gain but losing it like 3 times harder than past... Also those joint pains... oh boy if we are feeling this way I cant imagine the future generations/younger people than us XD...

No the parts I saw was already edited version. Did you read the novel? If not you should give it a chance even tho second half wasnt as good as first part, people who didnt read novel are quite lucky cause its completely translated to english.... I used to try and find raws years ago and use machine translate it to understand story better or even find Viatnemese translations... They are easier to translate into englısh but then they change characters names so it was quite confusing... Anyway, IF you read novel you will know that her spear was special and we couldnt imagine her without it in a way because of how author wrote her! This is why I end up disappointed. IF she was just another casually written female general character I would get it but not this... Also Im not that of fan of BIG CGI levels its okay to be on normal level AS LONG AS they can keep story as original as novel itself. Just be fair to the lead girl character. Same author novel to remakes were quite disappointing in that area with recent dramas you know? Female leads of this author always more strong and quite interesting than male characters this is one of the biggest reason why its she is my top3 fave author. But somehow even tho she works with script team in most of these remakes, her lead girl characters always ends up like random asian drama girl characters... I just dont get it its quite sad actually. I know how much she can write SO it has to someone from production team that made her chance her 'original style' with female leads...
