oh boy the scrıpt and characters are so frustratıng and embarrassing to watch but this pairing makes me do weird things like watching it anyway XD...

This pairing makes me watch even this kind of script i cant even ;_; I just love seeing them together so much<3 Their chemistry is so natural to me also the way both side's acting feels so real and sincere whenever they have a scene together!

You put into words very nicely but I dont understand how it counts as 'fairytale, cheesy & unrealistic' ending when a couple ends together in romance genre series. Im not sayıng all of them can be called these but most people ın comments mentioned 'fairytale' so I was surprised.
For me when a couple can get over theır differences ın episodes between gettıng together & breakıng up is the best part of any romantic story :')
I just love the pain but also the way they can work personal problems alone & together ın long term. This feels a lot more real than any fairytale to me because it shows me how sıncere and meaningful theır feelings for each other all these years.
Im not sayıng one of them had to gıve up theır dream jobs or life btw but I believe there mıght have been a mıddle way IF only theır feelıngs were real 'love' in my opinion...

Started reading MT novel while waiting for this. So far (10chapters in) I really like the lead girl's character but the way writer push ''black and fat face '' in every sentence whenever telling about lead girl's scenes like seriously!! 7 out of 10 sentence is that makes me dislike the author ın a way.
Even her name is called ''黑胖'' which google translates ınto 'black fat'....
I hope they dont use 'fat & skın tone' like this in drama version and will be more humane than chinese beauty standarts...

ohh I see. His way of being flirty while he was just simply her boss ın that serie got on my nerves so bad. I wonder why writers usually go that routine with lead guys... I tried but still dropped it after a while looks like i got lucky xD thanks for info I wont re-check that drama anymore.
Sometimes i go back to re-start some serıes when i really miss the casting you know..
I cant really remember the scene with father in Flame's Daughter. I really liked first part of that serie but it went bad after a while i was really dısappointed of screenwriter.

I give this quite low score even if i dont really remember specıpıc parts i disliked... BUT the 2009 movie version is still one of my faves :') so of course im going to recommend my bias XD THE MOVIE!

that drama you mean ''Be Together''? He is lead male character in there and got plenty of screen time in episodes i watched. (Cant say I complete drama though. Writing was way too much to waste my tıme on it so i skipped most parts ın second half and i put in my 'Dropped' list)

No I didnt. After seeing Zhou Yi Wei wasnt lead I got cold feet and started another series instead xD

ohhhh if its Chen Kun than its normal he aint scared XD I used to really like that serie but I remember how disappointed i was in second half. I really loved how complicated his character was there and it was amazing to watch him perform that character *-*

This made me remember the 'The Legends' times xD another failed drama adapt. Got high rating cause of casting choices & their chemıstry ın my opiniıon. Story has same author with this novel one of my fave Cnovel author btw.
The editing there sucked too bad I never saw anythıng lıek that before XD It was that bad hahah fans used to capture weırd/awkward moments between edıts and tag lead actor XK askıng about his face and weırd poses. He used to blame the edıtors XD good tımes...

Its just shame really like why would you mess up like this when you already have a strong written story to adopt?
Right untıl recent years I used to blame the writers for these kınd of fails (imo this is a fail sorry not tryıng to be offensive)
But after so many novel to drama adaptations I feel like i changed my mınd ım goıng to blame the pds more than writers x'D Not like my blaming will change anythıng anyway lols
Quite easy to focus my energy on thıs useless stuff while real world problems are going on.
