The first episode was very good. I will now watch the second episode.PS: The first one was so interesting, full of action, suspense, comedy, a 19th century atmosphere. So good. I liked the interaction between the two protagonists. She is the brave one, who protects him until the last consequences. The best part (for me) of episode 13. It's Yang Cai Wei provoking Pan Yue to participate in the event (as the most handsome man). At first she says: Who will be the most handosome man ? Then she points to Lan Jiang (and he also joins in the fun) to provoke Pan Yue and make him participate and go to the event. I watch the first episode. I liked the atmosphere of investigation and about dead bodies. The martial arts moments were also great. The meeting of the protagonists was so elegant. Pan Yue's relationship with his father is intriguing. And the actress who plays Yang Can Wei in the first part is very talented. And they two also have chemistry. I just finished watching episode 17. And it was so cool to connect the dots with the previous drama (A Moment But Forever). This drama really shows the connections, it's not like other dramas that seem fake when they say (it's part of the same universe).PS: When they talk about the flying boat, the goddess Wushuang, the war between gods and demons.But I wonder if Meshan sword is a younger Mesha Jun (because they live for hundreds of years), or if it's another character.

This episode 3 was quite an adventure, very intense, not at all tiring. I just watched the first episode. They managed to create an enchanting, fantasy atmosphere. It reminds me a bit of famous fantasy films (The Chronicles of Narnia and The Lord of the Rings). Every word from the characters carries a feeling of destiny, of prophecy. It's the same screenwriter as "A Moment but Forever" and with the same director, these two dramas are part of the same universe. When they say the gates of heaven have been closed and no cultivator can ascend to god, it feels like I'm entering the plot of "A Moment but Forever" again, written by the same female screenwriter.
