This episode is so nice to see Shen Zai Ye and Jiang Tao Hua start to understand each other and work together as a team. Shen Zai Ye with his heroism, Jiang Tao Hua with his intelligence. That moment of the arrows when JTZ passed the bow to SZY. The moment when Qingtai also showed her skill and helped Shen Zai Ye. The meeting of JTH and her brother was sweet. The quick friendship and partnership between JTH's brother and SZY was pretty cool. The meeting between the third prince and his beloved (it was a bit disappointing for him). And now they all unite together to save the city. Will the fireworks explode so easily? Who will die, who will live? (I'm now going to watch episode 30).PS: Shen Zai Ye, I want to see you with the braids in your hair. The two cousins will look very similar in this outfit.🥰🥰🥰👏👏👏😶🌫️Of course, the female lead's behavior has some similarity with the book (improving a lot of things in relation to the book, but "maybe" making something worse in relation to the first 19 episodes of the drama). She continues to be impulsive, audacious, as in the book. She uses men to (without them realizing they do what she wants), in the book her behavior is less acceptable than in the drama. In drama she sets limits for herself more than in the book (this is undoubtedly better in drama). Shen Zai Ye makes a lot more sense in the drama as well (because his attitude towards those women, for not wanting them, was a little difficult to assimilate in the book. Use a stunt double?). In the drama he divorces them (it's much more coherent), since he didn't live with them (in fact).The princess's move (in the drama, as much as JTH is impulsive and sometimes not as smart and practical as "maybe" she should be, but she goes far in her goals) and the move, it's actually hers (the title of the drama is shown all the time. Maybe not so well executed, but it's hers.). SZY and her move together as a set was more in the first 19 episodes.PS: I see some saying that the screenwriter hates heroine and gave primacy to the male lead. I think that's not true. In the first 19 episodes, until JTH's cliff fall, both shone equally in their respective styles in the story. But after episode 19 it's as if the writer wanted to give her more space, and how that unbalanced the drama (and it backfired), making SZY most of the time just run after JTH who prioritizing her move pushed SZY away. All the conflicts in the first 19 episodes were very interesting: JTH and the other women. SZY and his enemies. The moments of flirtation, passion, comedy, political conflict, adventure. All of these were better in the first 19 episodes. I see that now episode 29 starts to balance everything again and making the participation of the main couple (JTH and SZY) more interesting.

I watched episode 26 just now. This episode was really interesting. There was even a bit of a partnership between Shen Zai Ye and Jiang Tao Hua. We saw several pieces of the mystery begin to come together. Jiang Tao Hua let herself be helped by Shen Zai Ye. Shen Zai Ye's weakness is being exploited by the 3rd prince. The king was persuaded by SZY's arguments. Even his sister helped find a clue favorable to the 4th prince. Qigntai finally treated SZY with respect and not as the "treacherous chancellor". And I liked their little talk: SZY and Qingtai. Only the look of SZY's aide was a little disappointed with Qingtai, but she is just like him, serving her masters to the end. But SZY said (don't regret it). Meng Zhen and Shen Zai Ye making the deal for the antiduct: this moment was interesting.

Episode 23 was dramatic and emotional. There are its sad points, but also hopeful, two lives rescued from the bottom of the waters. There is the fight for justice. There is the memory of a father, and the dreams he had. There is an innocent young man who is very talented, but who will not be forgotten. There is a minister's love for a woman who is very stubborn and courageous (beyond the limit of reason). The minister looks for her, he finds her, because he does not give up, (the suspense and the frightened eyes fearing the worst). "Thank you for being alive, he tells her." He respects her choices. There are insensitive royals and evil schemers. When will this end? There is a sister who has become harder because of the loss of her brother. How far will she go?, for her eyes seem to have no life.

An abortive assassination attempt. An enemy in the shadows revealed. Three couples blossoming their love story. Our main couple meet for a cup of tea. The young man dressed in white is very handsome, and the wound on his arm is a request for the beautiful young woman to come closer. Jiang Tao Hua shows his cool-bloodedness and presence of mind by unveiling the enemy's plots, investigating, and traversing their path. SZY continues his plan leaving no one out of his sight. The fourth prince has him as his greatest benefactor.

There are men in their power struggle, there are women in their struggle to survive and be recognized as someone who can be valued, even by their family. But the corrupt old power-hungry men will not give up, and with their calculated insistence, boldness and cunning, they will continue.

If we look closely, today's episode 13 matches the English title of the drama (The Princess Gambit). Who made the move today, using the other as a chess piece and still bragged about it? (But couldn't hide the feeling of happiness knowing that there is love in his heart for her).It feels like his heart is going to break again.😥😶💖I was wondering why the English title of the drama is "The princess gambit". In the other hand everyone around him has dual face expect his sarvent and his sister. The justify him as a bad person but they never justify themselves.His first wife try to show that she loves him while her bother try to him and she silently help her brother, what kind of love is this?Even FL and her sarvent always say he is bad he is bad but they continuesly used him for her motive .Everyone has their own motive but who is bad the bad person is Shen Zai Yi. I just simply hope that he will be more ruthless no one deserves his care ..

I've found all the episodes interesting so far. I just watched episode 12 and the main couple is even more interesting, they made an alliance and like a yoke of dice, the two are taking down all the opponents, who will obviously turn even stronger against the couple. Couple 20 from ancient times.🌸🤗💖🎇😶🌫️

Episode 7 was like those spy movies (James Bond, Mission Impossible), with a lot of suspense. Very good!!!An anti-hero in disguise. A brave heroine with her fox mask holds her dice in a deadly game. The hero needs time, the time it takes to burn an incense candle. Play with luck. Play with everything you have, and hope the villains can't catch them. Liu Xue Yi and Meng Zi Yi make a great duo. They are like those couples in adventure movies, who love and hate each other, with charm, intelligence and resourcefulness. But this is in an ancient time, where their brocade clothes cross rooms where princes, princesses and kings plot every move for power.

Jinxiu shed a tear for his adoptive father, after all, he was his father. And he said to him: "I don't hate you". I really like this conversation between them, they are two enemies, but still with some bonds of affection. The end of Luyao and her two bonds of love: her brother and her boyfriend, was well described in the scene. When Jinxiu arrives to face the enemy Baicha, in the last scene of the episode, he was in his demon form, but when he passes through the door he transforms into his celestial form (I thought that was so cool), because after all he is both things, which he inherited from his biological father and his mother. I like Baicha's lines of resentment and blaming Jinxiu (that old resentment he felt of being despised by heaven and wrongly blaming Jinxiu). The scene where HongNing returns the phalanx to Jinxiu is a beautiful and sensitive scene. And Jinxiu's speech is a little resentful: "I gave you this phalanx to sustain your life...", but HongNing says you belong to the world (it's that dilemma from the book, she longs for ordinary life as a human and not the prison... according to her... of the dilemmas of immortality).

Jinxiu in his demon king form overcomes the chains of his bones placed by his father. "The only thing that held you back was yourself." And Hong Ning comes to help as a warrior, and uses her sword. In this episode we see that Jinxiu's father, the celestial emperor, thought he would use Jinxiu to bring peace to the 3 realms, and between demons and immortals. (And he asks the book, where did I go wrong?). Was that father's love for Jinxiu just a sham?💖🌻🫠😚👏

I watched 37, it is cool that he is the demon king, the biological father's inheritance, but he is also a divine being, the hench of the biological mother. He is the eternal king of flowers until the end. I love that. That symbol of the flower on his forehead will not leave. The bones of his finger is also his divine insignia. Note 10 for the writer. At the essential points the drama screenwriter did not miss. But the love of the emperor father for his son Jinxiu, hey, I love it. I wanted it to continue. And the Emperor's star is not false, really shines for Jinxiu, even though Jinxiu saying he was not born for it. Even the biological father wanted to give this name to Jinxiu: Heavenly King. (If there was a continuation Jinxiu would return to heaven.).

The drama is very good and wonderful. And it deserves 10, because it's a true love story. What I like is that their love is so convincing. Jinxiu and his camellia. And this feeling of a kingdom of flowers has no end, I love it. And even Jinxiu and Kunlum's brotherly love is very beautiful to see. It convinced me and won me over.PS: What I can't miss is this drama. I have to savor each scene until I reach the beautiful conclusion of the story.Even when Jinxiu loses his divine bones and descends to earth, the peony flowers don't wilt when he's around. And the generals said that the emperor's star never shone for Kunlun. (Episode 36) Jinxiu is still a being of the heavenly realm, it seems. (If this drama had a sequel, he would go back there.)

Episodes 31 and 32 are really good. Kunlum is a great brother, I think it's so cute that he's so loyal to his brother. This sibling relationship is really good. Our main couple together was so good. Jinxiu's father loves him so much. The empress mother doesn't miss a moment to hurt Jinxiu's heart (even the apricot flower fairy knew that this hurt him and wanted to protect him from it). Who will be the emperor in the end between the two brothers? The chrysanthemum officer in his display of affection is so adorably funny. (I know it will be a happy ending).Ps: My longing to see Jinxiu as the God of Flowers was applied a little. Jinxiu dressed for war in that white uniform from the poster. Why weren't there more scenes? He looked great using the sword.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💋💋💋💋💋💞💞💞💞💞

But in the child's memory we see that something different happened.Jinxiu tries to find the right words to talk about love with Hongning, but it seems that he stumbles over the words. She doesn't know that the Camellia he mentions is herself. Every time she's indirectly telling him: You love the Camellia, not me. Baicha's malevolent plan to separate Hong Ning from Jinxiu doesn't work, as when she regains the memories, what she realizes is that Jinxiu was the one who was with her at all times.
