Episode 18:Timeline 2:Xia Guo talks to her first boss that she would like her to work with her again. She, her prior boss, commented about herself: that she is fine not having any loving partner, she is fine alone, unlike Xia Guo who is trapped in love. Xia Guo officially ends her relationship with Xue Ming. Her other friend comments that Yu Jian is going to have a child with Wen Ya. Xia Guo takes off the necklace that was Xue Min's gift to her around her neck. Xia Guo resigns from her job, she says that this is the only way she will be able to get some rest. She starts a new food business with the bartender. She was working a lot and got sick, but she didn't realize it and had to have the bartender take her against her will to the hospital. She slept with her face on his shoulder receiving IV drips on her arm. The bartender tries to woo Xia Guo, even kisses her, but she firmly says that they are just good friends. Still, she understands that he has brought a little joy into her life and she is grateful for that. He gets very upset because she wants to expand the business and he thinks it's still early. And he complains that it seems that only her will matters and never his is taken into account. The episode ends with her thinking about her other self and wondering: how are you, Xia Guo? (She thinks to herself that she herself is maturing.)Ps:I remember in another episode she tells Xue Min that he doesn't understand her. At the time she said she'd quit her job and go with him, but he didn't take it (because he's probably afraid to commit in a deeper way, even though he loves her). And now, in this episode we see that she really wasn't stuck in that job, she likes to venture into new challenges, so he would be quite capable of doing a new business in Singapore, and continuing his relationship with Xue Min. Why didn't he want to?

Episode 17:Timeline 2:Xia Guo and Xue Min find themselves at a crossroads that will inevitably put them further apart from each other. And then she realized that Xia Guo had a fever and made her a ginger soup and made her rest. Xia Guo has a sad surprise, her mother is in the hospital about to die.Her stepfather said that she had known about the terminal illness for a year but didn't want to tell Xia Guo. At the hospital, her mother, before she died, said goodbye to Xia Guo and acknowledged that she had always been selfish, but in this last year she sought to be a good mother to her and a good grandmother. She said to Yu Jian: Take care of her, I'll leave it in your hands. And he cried and said yes. PS:There is a moment in this episode when the two Xia Guo, on a pier, talk and console each other for the death of their mother. But I didn't like Xia Guo's statement from timeline 1. Xia Guo from timeline 2 asks her if she could make a different choice. And she replies that there are no second chances, we just move on. (I don't think that kind of response reflects what the drama shows.)The choice of Xia Guo, timeline 1 (he was happy, even with problems, was more significant). (What I think is what the filmmakers of the drama mean: that whatever choice we make, there will always be some regret. But I think it looks like it wasn't worth that life. And I see it in the drama that it was worth it, the story of timeline 1).

Episode 15:Timeline 2:Xue Min resigned from his job, and Xia Guo remained with the company. He went to meet her at the company's restaurant, showing her that their relationship is solid, and this problem wasn't going to tear them apart. Timeline 2:Xia Guo had to see Xue Min, Li Qiu, and their daughter together to feel totally uncomfortable with the situation, to the point of punching an inconvenient colleague in the restaurant where everyone was celebrating the birthday of the child, Xue Min's daughter. She goes again to talk to the bartender, who says: that's the nature of men, no matter what age. But Xue Min shows up, but refuses to talk to him. Xia Guo's proposal for a project in the company defeats Li Qiu's proposal, who gets very angry and blames Xue Min, who tells her that it was the choice of the majority, and not just his. At the supermarket she meets with him again and they embrace.Timeline 1:Xia Guo wants to make the food and Yu Jian's mother doesn't want to, but she does it anyway. Xia Guo and she are happy looking at the clothes bought for the baby. Yu Jian presents his mother and Xia Guo with a red envelope. Episode 2:This boss is very convincing and tough.I liked the feeling of the change of scene (this other reality/life). As if I could snort and do differently. And I didn't like what Male Lead (Liu Xue Yi) seemed to have done. No. No. No. But, now there is long-distance dating, by phone, by video, etc.And now it's the boss, Mr. Xue. I felt like watching "Secretary Kim", but I never finished this show (I like the tough boss to look tough) and this one does. I just watched the first episode.The main sentence of the drama is: I want to experience the extraordinary. I just watched episode 23. (I came to the conclusion that this is a heroine drama.).I think that from episode 21 onwards the plot started to enhance all its qualities. And in this episode 23 when the male lead receives the news. This scene (is worth almost the entire drama I've watched so far). Very good...this connection between them.🌺🎥🎉🤔

I liked that part. He woke up Gu Cheng. A god from the extranatural world. Friends. He's exactly the same type as the protagonist. And the scene, when he gains gray hair. It's the scene of two friends, two gods who recognize each other after a long time. And you can feel the friendship between the two.(But the scene before of jealousy. Between Gu Sheng, Fu Rong, Jing Xi and Gu Sheng's wife (was full of jealousy, which felt through the pores).

I really agree, it's impossible not to cry at Zhuo Lan Jiang's scene. When Bai Xiao Sheng finds him. When Pan Yue and Cai Wei see him in that scene. And the friend understood the friend's message left on his own skin. Pan Yue's dad (loves his son): I loved this. "Dad, take care", and the tears in his father's eyes. The case was resolved in the time of burning an incense. And the villain, he thinks he has all the solutions, that he is omnipotent and cannot be defeated by anyone, but...The last two scenes: Pan Yue and Cai Wei on the bridge looking at the city that they would continue to take care of (but which they had already protected it and that is why it is a better city). And the last scene with Pan Yue's father (you know I felt goosebumps. It made me wish there was a season 2). Who knows.....?

Episode 29 made me cry: The story of Pan Yue and his father (it's so touching). And also the princess (the actress is so good). What evil eyes from the villain (what a superb actor), and he looks wickedly and cynically into Pan Yue's beautiful gentle face. Pan Yue's family has been described person by person here (the mother, the father, the brother). And the people on the streets and their ideas. And Yan Cai Wei and Pan Yue's sacrifice. There was everything to cry about in this episode.
