On obsessive watch number 185 I found this nugget in episode 5 which I had forgotten. In his video message to Sister Lan, Changyang says:

"I've watched your films and I can feel an enduring love in them, one that is indestructable. Although it's a kind of utopia and it's not entirely realistic, it's like a lighthouse. With it at least we have the hope and determination to reach the other shore."

Isn't that why we are all watching this?

So far they have posted 7 extra intimate scenes with Langdi and Changyang so from that alone yes it's worth it. And more reaction videos plus other things. There is a great scene from before the opening of ep 1 of the two brothers talking about Molie and an insight into the breakdown of the ship.

It’s a double edged support thats for sure and not just a warning that Langdi could hurt Changyang but his own status as well. And the Award was just a means to try to control his future behaviour. Snake. But what sort? Viper? Boa constrictor? Rattler maybe as we can hear his ulterior motives!

It was very clever to give us the earlier scene with Wenshu and the father to give us the insight into not onlytheir relationship but daddy’s true nature.

It's something like BTS footage of the two when they made their movie together. Qinglang is having trouble recovering and getting out of character from an emotional scene they have just filmed and cries. Yuhao offers him no comfort but just smokes a cigarette almost flicking ash on Qingland while the crew tell him to be careful.

There are insights like this in the novel that is dropping with each episode on the shows official YouTube page.

That would fit with the bird motif thats threaded strongly through the series.
