just complexity and many unresolved things
i started with great anticipation and was then extremely disappointed. if they had kept it short, maybe i would have liked the series more.i still don't understand the existence of wang shuo. yes, he was chi cheng's ex-boyfriend, and yes, he taught him how to raise snakes. but I don't understand why he tried to re-enter his life. his attraction to chi cheng was nothing more than a habit. he wasn't in love or anything.
on the other hand, doctor chuai acted as if he were smart and did nothing but stir things up. everything he said caused misunderstandings. he was my most hated character.
and i still don't understand the relationship dynamic between gou cheng yu and chi cheng. they tried to convey something in the series, but they absolutely failed to convey it. they couldn't explain the characters' pasts, and their pasts and connections seemed superficial.
i really didn't like the dubbing of the voice actors in the series. they somehow managed to fit the characters' voices, but they couldn't convey their emotions at all. because wu sou wei's actor used his own voice for dubbing, the emotion in his scenes was much better. episode 15, and again, the scenes where he talks to his mother, were my favorites. especially the scene in the garden was a scene that could win an oscar.
i started the series thinking it was a bl series, and frankly, it didn't feel romantic at all. their chemistry was good, but i couldn't feel any attraction or connection. the series' biggest downside was that it left both the story and the emotions shallow. i started with high expectations, and all my expectations were dashed.

DISAPPOINTMENT.
frankly, it was a complete disappointment. i was a huge fan of pit babe the first season. poohpavel is one of my favorite couples. the story progressed very slowly, and what should have been a big event in the last episode was quickly wrapped up. i haven't read the novel, but it was clear in the script that there was a major flaw. i'm fucking tired of alan and jeff, and it was clear from the start that alan was an asshole. i fucking hate him. charliebabe's acting was great as always, but they were sadly wasted because the writing was bad. i'm not even talking about kimkenta. they were the only couple that touched me emotionally in the last episode. i had tears in my eyes when kim and kenta said goodbye. the fact that kim never left kenta was the only thing i expected while watching the series. they were the couple who truly deserved a happy ending.i would have loved to see more scenes of them. sonic and north's story was boring and childish. they couldn't even talk openly and made each other suffer for years. chris's breakup speech to pete was so accurate and heartbreaking. it was nice to see a mature couple. at the end of it all, charlie, who had lost his memory and didn't even know what he was fighting for, figured everything out again. it should also be said that while the series was airing, i don't know what was going on in those heads who wanted willy and babe to be together. willy openly sexually assaulted Babe. i don't understand how they can still call someone like that attractive and want them to be together. still, it was nice to see charlie and babe get married at the end of it all. congratulations to them. Was this review helpful to you?
WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?!!
it started out pure. BUT ming is unforgivable in any universe. he was a violent, abusive, and obsessive-compulsive jerk. joe must have had stockholm syndrome, too, and he accepted this sick bastard every time. i can't believe you call this series great and the characters so sweet. they were toxic from start to finish; i never felt comfortable watching it. i don't care how much guilt ming feels or how much pain he's in, because he ruined the life of someone trying to survive on their own. this is completely unacceptable.despite how shitty the story was, the production was excellent. it was impressive that they showed joe's new body every time and didn't make any mistakes in that regard.
this series is a show that fans hype, but terrible in terms of story and characters. i didn't even understand the chemistry between them because i was so focused on how dishonorable ming is. i was triggered every time they had sex, and most scenes felt like rape, even if joe consented.
the most heartbreaking scene of the entire series for me, and even a little bit, was when joe received a compliment from director pao. he really needed that.

BEING HETERO WON'T SAVE YOUR LIFE.
the movie causes you to think that your life will go well when you become straight. it was like when you are gay, your life is processed as if it will be devastated. gayness is bad and treated like something that ruins your life. maki was such a sweet and likable character. i never understood why naomi wanted to hurt maki all the time. i hope things got better for maki. Was this review helpful to you?

CUTE SERIES FROM A OLD COUPLE
as someone who has never watched SOTUS their chemistry and acting were fantastic. for me, eight episodes was enough for this story. the characters and story were great, but i didn't feel any depth of the characters. the plot was very good and wasn't confusing. i watched the episodes as they aired, so maybe that feeling has faded. the nc scenes were great, but i think they could have had more explicit scenes from a couple who haven't been back in the series for a while. frankly, it was great to see GMMTV's first couple get married. Was this review helpful to you?

NO MATTER HOW DARK THE NIGHT IS WE WOULD SEE EACH OTHER.
İ cried until my heart ached when the series ended. the characters and everything that happened to them devastated me.trin and tanwa's story had a beginning and an end, but no development. those feelings of love vanished in the last episode. it was terrible that trin left without saying a word. tanwa put more effort into that relationship than trin, and in the end, he was the one who was abandoned. but it was still promising that he didn't give up. their relationship was a bit dull, and i think that was trin's fault.
kailert and naran's story had development, but no conclusion. okay, they didn't end up together, but at what cost? i would have loved to finally see naran. i personally would have loved to find out what happened to him after time passed. everything that happened to kailert was horrific. i don't know if it was necessary. but it's true that i started sobbing when i saw that evil woman was pregnant. i'm sure the part where kailert told trin, "live for me." killed us all.
victor was one of the saddest characters, but i knew someone was going to die anyway, and he was the one.
the series was very good, but i watched it for the supporting couple. their story was more interesting, and i knew it would end badly. naran opening up to his girlfriend was something i expected. i expected the same from kailert, and he did. he was both right and did it out of love. but he gave up his own life to protect naran. old time gays are extra heartbreaking. i haven't cried this much in a long time.
the music was perfect. absolutely perfect. the production, the way it was shot, and the colors were beautiful. it was a very well-crafted series. but the rushed storytelling at the end made it less than perfect. the last episode was quite lacking. but everyone's acting was excellent.
and i want to say one last thing; "don't worry. we will live for you and keep your story alive. "

SPELLS AND EVERYTHING
it's been a long time since i've watched a series with such a well-executed plot. the acting was superb. while it didn't seem great at first, the development and conclusion were very good. i love themes involving temples and spiritual elements related to chinese culture. this series was one of them. the eight-character theme apparently comes from the four pillars of destiny a.k.a. bazi, which in turn is related to the chinese astrological signs. still, it brought them together beautifully. jiang chi's decision was great and admirable. it was beautiful how they talked about everything. their love was adorable. the ending made me say "oh shit." but it was satisfying. i'm glad they aired a special episode so we could get a wonderful happy ending. Was this review helpful to you?

THE MERGING TWO GREAT UNIVERSE
it was fucking beautiful. i really liked the merging those two universe. it was ridiculous and romantic at the sama time. i really liked to see pran ant pat. i'm sure it was a relief for all of us when pat finally admitted that he couldn't live without pran. when pran and pat left the village, it felt like they were leaving our lives as well. Was this review helpful to you?

unfortunately not the best
usually, series reveal themselves in their endings, yes, the ending wasn't bad, but it prevents it from being the best. the series could have been the best bl series ever until episode 10. then, instead of the wonderful loops tin had created until episode 10, it was ridiculous that they escaped with a ridiculous loop set up by tol.the scene that made me cry was when dr. sing had to perform open heart massage on his best friend. and the fact that he couldn't stop was even more devastating.
they didn't necessarily need a happy ending, but it was a truly beautiful and not best bl series but memorable one.

THIS BL IS NOT BL'ING
if you're going to watch it because it's a bl series, i'd say wait first. yes, there are queer characters in the series, but calling it a bl series is a bit of an exaggeration. it would have been enough if they'd called it a queer series.the story was the best among the horror series i've watched. there was a constant puzzle, and we always saw scenes that needed to be in the right places. the series may not be what you expect, but as a series, it was very good. as a bl series, it was terrible. seeing male-female relationships instead of queer people wasn't what i expected.
the production was excellent. the filming and acting were superb. when I saw singto and fluke, i focused and watched, but it was nothing like i expected. eventually this bl is not bl-ing.

A CUTE ONE
it was a nice, ordinary bl series. the actors' chemistry was great. Iid like to thank the screenwriter for giving us all the couples we wanted. i just wanted to see more of ghlai and punlee.what I liked most about the series was that, unlike all the other series that pretended homophobia was gone, it clearly showed that homophobia still exists. frankly, the most egregious homophobic person i've ever seen was teerak's father. "a relationship between a man and a man is doomed to failure," was one of the harshest sentiments i've ever heard. that's why the shows realism was spot on.
the nc scenes were very nice and they reflected the chemistry between them well. especially the nc scene in episode 12 was nice and sufficient. teerak, if you had such talents, why didn't you show them before?
even though soft and fluffy people like teerak really exist, i guess we don't need to worry about them as long as they're with people like muenfah. i was glad to see another green flag people together.

this series is the ache in my heart.
i watched every single moment with my heart aching. they made me feel every single emotion they felt in every single minute. i felt the hardship of everything they went through until the very end. yuan's words, "you shouldn't be afraid of cracks, because light can enter through them." were actually the summary of the entire series. it was the story of people who never gave up and eventually found happiness. though how can one call happiness the happiness that they struggled so hard to achieve and brought all their traumas with them? sometimes i cried but I felt both sadness and happiness until the very end. it was wonderful. Was this review helpful to you?
IT WAS JUST UNNECESSARY
okay, it was just unnecessary. after 12 episode i wanted to see other couples but they just filled whole episodes with muenfah and teerah. 12 episode just enough for them. they should use this episode for side couples. still i wanted see ghlai and punlee more. whole episodes are filled with cringe conversations and behavior. if they do this short series for fan service it is a definetly unsuccesful one.Was this review helpful to you?

about ships in series
i didn't want to start because there were too many episodes but it was much better than i expected.i continued for faifa and wine. faifa is the greenest forest i've ever seen. the acting was very good. force and book improved their acting a lot. perth and santa made a good couple but perth was dull as usual. santa is really the sunshine of this world. this was the second series i watched junior and mark in, i think their acting is pretty good and their chemistry is perfect. i think the marc and poon is very cute couple. their characters in this series were also very cute and funny. aou and boom are on their way to becoming my favorite bl couple, their chemistry is great and they always make you feel that they love each other.
when i first watched them i thought boom hated aou but they turned into something great. this series was really great I can say this in short. even though there are so many episodes, it is never difficult to finish the series because it creates a comfortable space.
