I am currently enjoying her performance in The Princess' Man, but since is the first time I have seen her, I have yet to form an opinion on her. However, she seems to be promising and I have a couple of her other dramas on my PTW list.
She is a seriously beautiful woman with the most captivating eyes though.
I wanted Kim So Eun to be the female lead, but I am happy that Jin Se Yeon is out of the picture. The plot doesn't really interest me, but I can never turn down Lee Jun Ki in a saeguk.
I want to watch this, but Park Shin Hye is a terrible actress and I don't want to sit through 43 hours of her making the same expression over and over again.
I would have more respect for the Admins if they at least took down the article from the front page. I would prefer not to see such an article, such as this, on my feed, every time I log into to update my list.
Okay, So I'll say a word now. I don't think that if I'm speaking about someones carrier it means that I support…
I don't have much to say to you, since it has already been said by the people above me; however, I will say that you should learn what objective writing is before you complain about people getting riled up over the fact that you're clearly glamorising a criminal. Your piece serves no objective purposes whatsoever, and you made it about his private life once you decided to dismiss his crimes as "disputable".
There's absolutely no justifiable reason as to why this article should be published as a MDL editorial and be situated on the front page. The author is clearly glorifying an admitted abuser and dismissing his acts of violent abuse, and subsequent manipulation of his now pregnant ex-girlfriend, as a "disputed" incident which shows very little respect for the severity of the situation at hand.
KHJ has even admitted to hitting his girlfriend (although the context in which he he says the situation occurred in is clearly a lie) so why does this author feel the need to defend her "hubby" who is an "adorable man"? This article does not serve any objective purpose to incite discussion about the acting/singing abilities of KHJ, like it should, but it instead serves as an oppapologist article that clearly glorifies a known perpetrator of domestic violence.
It is despicable that such an article should be allowed to remain on MDL - and the front page - after so many complaints have been made. Yes, there is a disclaimer, but the disclaimer does not detract away from the fact that the admins are unwilling to remove the article from the website after it has received such a backlash. As an admin and contributor of several K-Pop blogs (and a member of staff on OneHallyu), I might not be responsible for the opinions of all the writers/users of my sites, but I am most definitely responsible when it comes to publishing content that can cause triggers and/or controversial in the offensive sense of the word.
Dear MDL editors,
You wouldn't allow a racist article to be published as an OP-ED so why are you allowing an article that clearly glorifies an abuser and dismisses the severity of his crimes?
MY HUBBY <3 MT FIRST LOVE IN KDRAMA & KPOP <3 MY OPPAAAAA <3 (just to be clear- I am not proud of him…
You obviously need to famalrise yourself with the cycle of abuse that victims of domestic violence often go through. Going by the information that Victim A's lawyers have released, and the timeline of events that Dispatch released, it's clear to see that KHJ took advantage of the state of emotional vulnerability that Victim A was in order to 'win her back'. His text messages show a violent and sociopathic nature as he threatens to kill himself if the girl does not return to him. Why remain in denial about the situation? It is clear that he abused her and then manipulated her (which thus led to her pregnancy). Honestly, it i's worrying that you can still support and violent and dangerous man who threatens to kill his ex-girlfriend if she cheats on him whilst he is in the army.
She is a seriously beautiful woman with the most captivating eyes though.
