You should be able to do the same thing I'm also from northern europe. And just to be clear I wasn't talking about any specific D+ settings/url, you can use your local disney+ website and as long as you change your location/ip to UK with a vpn and then refresh the page you will be able to see it and watch it. I'm using a paid vpn but there are some free extensions for both chrome and firefox browsers which you should be able to find easily

That's only for USA thought, if you have a disney+ sub you can use any vpn to watch the episodes as soon as they are out if you just switch to UK, canada, australia and so on.
