Am I getting this right, the twin brothers story confuses me more after ep 15 since the faces and souls are mismatched

the real Lijie entered still in the form of himself but is actually playing "Ji Ling" (whos real name is actually Yuan Xizai before being Ji Ling??)

so their illusion story is about the origin of "Lijie" and "Ji Ling" ? >> being Yuan Wuhuo and Yuan Xizai

although theyre not brothers but probably from the same clan or something? Since the Butterfly Demon denied them being brothers (not sure if hes talking about not being bros with real Lijie or past Ji Ling)

so does that mean 50 years ago, the real Lijie was the one that did all that stuff to the blind Ji Ling, like feeding him the dragon marrow (? I forgot what it was)

Or did the Butterfly demon went inside the illusion as “himself” (the brother of Yuan Xizai/JiLing)

Because it seems that it was the Demon Butterfly who was actually at the scene when "Ji Ling" went into the explosion and he got mournful and remembered that tragic past when he couldnt save Ji Ling. If so, does that mean the real Lijie has no part of this past but is going inside the illusion to see Ji Ling's past?

But then...where did present Li Jie come from? is having the same face as the Butterfly demon means hes a clone of the Butterfly Demon too....?

Anyone explain at the end of ep 14 of the wedding, why Lu Wuyi took out the powder and told the little snake to come out of Chi Wen and then it transformed? what was the purpose, when theyre so close to grabbing the star stone?

only half the number of episodes are out, but im already feeling anxious and missing this drama that theres not much episodes are left....... it feels like the drama and the plot just started ! i dont want this to endddddd!
why does dramas that deserves 40 eps doesnt and some that feels dragged gets their full... illogical, me thinks.

After these episodes of 12-13, I wonder how both couple's relationships would be like after these lovely meaningful scenes? Would they be more understanding of each other now they went thru all that and act more friendly towards each other or do yall think they be back to "frenemies" ? Im in jolly and awe of their sweet dynamics of all main characters personas in these latest episodes but Im more invested in the push and pull dynamic like before where we see Wu Wangyan bewitching Wu Shiguang and Chi Wen giving Lu Wuyi intense glares, ya know lololsss ----hopefully we get alitttttle bit more of that~

i remember reading somewhere that the number of drama episodes had been reduced from like 40 episodes after the censor review stuff so thats probably why many scenes must have had to be cut off.... i think if its originally 40 episodes, things would feel different and we see so much more. I hate how those censor reviewers have a say on how many episodes tbh. why cant they just let the writers/directors wrap up their story as much or few as they want so it doesnt feel rush or misplaced and we actually get to see what the writers all have in mind.... :/
