There is romance. She starts out by using the ML to get her revenge (her main target is his arranged/business marriage fiancée) but ends up genuinely falling for him, and he, although suspicious of her at first, falls in love with her, too. She ultimately gets both her revenge and a happy romantic ending. 😊

I finished it yesterday. It's good, imo, and has a satisfying revenge story but has major trigger warnings for bullying/school violence and implied child abuse.
